I was on joes bunk straddling his lap while we made out he grabbed my ass moaning into the kiss i could feel him getting harder by the second
Rose pov
I sat there in tears as nick came back from the grocery store
Me:I cant believe they took her nick MY flesh and blood they took her
Nick:Who?
Me:Child services just showed up while you were gone and took mel babe
Nick:What?why??
Me:Apparently they were supposed to do a home visit today and they just walked in on me yelling at her
Nick:Why were you yelling at her??
Me:I was calling her and she didnt answer me
Nick:shes been doing that ever since she turned 2 hasnt she?
Me:Yes and i dont know why she just doesnt answer to anything she doesnt even look at me i got sick.of it and started yelling at her she still ignored me and apparently the door was already unlocked they just walked in grabbed her and her stuff and left
Nick:so what are we gonna do??
Me:i dont know nick i want my baby
Nick:Cant we get her back
Me:Once they've taken her we cant get her back
Nick:oh shit rose
I wiped.my tears then nick gasped
Nick:What if we get someone to get her back for us

Nick:Faith she kept melody while you ran off so why not
Me:Faith will kill me once she finds out though nick
Nick:Shes our only hope but i mean you did break her and joe up.right before the wedding i dont think she will even answer your call at this point

Joe deepened our kiss flipping us over so he could be on top i ran my fingers through his hair as we tongue wrestled until ge broke it moving to my neck finding my pleasure spot and sucking on it

Once he left a hickey he unbuttoned my flannel trialed hickey down to my belly button kissing his way to my pantyline as i got soaked he moved back up kissing me i rubbed his chest as he took off his shirt i ran my fingers along his ripped chest not. Breaking the kiss then his phone rang but he ignored it we continued kissing joe was about to.unbutton my shorts but it kept ringing and ringing i sighed as he pulled away
Joe pov
When i pulled away Faith was pissed i glared at the caller ID and sighed
Joe:Im so sorry babygirl im.gonna go take this
Faith:ok
She rebuttoned her shirt i walked into the bathroom
Me:Hello?
Rose:Hey joe
Me:What the hell do you want rose?
Rose:look im sorry about what happened over a year ago okay i apologize deeply and i know faith never wants to see you again and all.but whats her number?
Me:Actually i just got her back today
Rose:perfect can i ask the both of you a favor or do you not plan to be with her long?

Rose:i need help joe child services took my baby from me

Rose:They walked in on me yelling at her
Me:Why were you yelling at her!!!!
Rose:Because she wouldnt answer me at all

Rose:Ever since she turned two shes been ignoring us and i got sick of it
Me:Rose shes two this makes no sense
Rose:Will you guys please go get her
Me:When we get her we are getting FULL custody and it will be our decision whether we let you see her or not im not gonna send her back just for her to be mistreated by you
I hung up storming out of the bathroom completely pissed off

I ignored her packing my suitcase
Me:go pack youd stuff faith we gotta leave tour early

Faith walked out.a few minutes she walked in with her suitcase.and we left
3 hours later
Faith:Joe
Me:Yea babe?
Faith:Why are we back.in Florida?
Me:Child services took melody
Faith:When?

Faith:You arent gonna send her back with rose are you?
Me:Hell no we are getting legal custody shes not seeing melody after that
I pulled up to child services department and we got out walking in to see melody sitting in a chair covered in bruises crying
I walked to the front desk and explained everything to the lady i signed some papers payed a fee then we officially had custody i walked over to Faith who was trying to talk to melody but she wasnt replying
Faith:Melody honey??
She just looked at her
Faith:babe shes not answering
I knelt down and melody looked at me and smiled hugging me

She just looked at me
Faith:Joe whats going on
Me:babe i think she's deaf
