Xue Zi Hui couldn't help but blink a few times out of disbelief, "Has I heard wrong? Does this little girl have just decided something by herself?"

Taken advantage of his perplexity, An Bing Qing reached for his hand and pulled him towards where she had come from. As they passed by the piled up Blood Bud Roots, she waved her hand and sent them into her qiankun bag.

Before jumping down the stone, Xue Zi Hui reacted and threw away her hand, coolly saying, "Little girl, what make you think you can go from this place?"

An Bing Qing knew exactly what he meant but she cutely blinked with naivety instead; saying, "Ah! Why can't I go?"

He smirked, "Little girl, don't feign ignorance. This Lord knows you are smart..." while saying his last words, he paused a bit and her past actions came to his mind; he added, "or something between those lines".

She pouted her mouth and said, "Hmph, I don't need you to tell me that to know it". She recognized it all right, she thought she had learned quite well from her past life but it seemed she still lacked. After fuming a little, she explained carefully with her arms crossed before her, "As I said before, I must go. My eldest brother must be looking for me like crazy. You can't retain me here. Actually, it's not that you can't but it is something that can't be avoided as I only was left with one and a half set to give a try in refining the Blood Detoxification Pill; moreover, the Purple Snake Spirit Fruit is near where we are going to. I also don't have the pills you need for your body recovery as my dear father naively thought I will be afraid of separating from my eldest brother, being this my first time out from the Imperial City".

Xue Zi Hui listened her, his expression didn't change even once, "Sigh, I'm worse than I thought; the poison must be affecting my head now. This little girl isn't smart at all, isn't she revealing too much information to an outsider like me? She has also basically stated that she has no more use for me, I can just go and find another way to cure myself; I'm not that desperate, after all". But he didn't feel like killing her; though this little girl was quite daring, she wasn't that annoying and most of all, he didn't feel the disgust he usually has towards people and other beings.

This time, An Bing Qing waited quietly by the side, she had told him the most she could think of to let him contemplate the situation thoroughly; it would be troublesome if this guy don't let her go, but what worried her the most was his condition. As she thought about it, she wondered, "Right, in the past I met him years later. How did he cure his poison back then?"

At this point, Xue Zi Hui had deliberated all his options. His purple eyes focused on the white figure that now looked to have its head in another place. He furrowed his brows and sniggered, "Little girl".

She cleared her eyes when she heard him calling her, "Huh, what is it?"

He smirked with slight obscurity, "This Lord has decided to follow you. But girl, aren't you afraid of dragging poison into your nest?"

An Bing Qing rolled her eyes, "Zi Hui, it seems in your youth you were silly. When has a snake spoken so much? Now, let's go". She jumped down the stone and walked towards the woods.

Xue Zi Hui's feet were rooted to the rocky ground, the shock in his purplish eyes was as clear as water. 'I-i... since when did I do senseless talk? This is...' He knew himself very well, and he could swear he have never blathered about so much nonsense. It was as though he wanted her to be prepared beforehand, which was totally out of his way of acting; he killed without a word or emotion and always went his way, paying no heed to anyone.

Hearing no steps behind her for a while, An Bing Qing turned around and saw he frozen in place. She didn't know what was wrong with him and walked back. She was just a step before him now, but he didn't react at all. She extended her arm to touch his forehead, "Do you feel unwell? Can you go on? Do you need my help?" She asked with concern; she knew the poison was being supressed by his will, yet she couldn't help but ask. In the past he got hurt pretty often too; even though he always looked to be good outside, she knew the pain he felt wasn't something to laugh about. Therefore, he many times crumbled at the end.

He felt warmness on his cold skin, and he instinctively stepped back. He hummed and replied, "It doesn't matter if I'm good or not, it has nothing to do with you". He by-passed her and smirked with derision, "Furthermore, as long as this Lord wants to go, there's nothing that can stop me; even my own body. This Lord also doesn't need your help". He flapped his sleeves, jumped down and walked away.

She shook her head helplessly and chased after him; when she reached his side, she said, "Everyone needs help sometimes; when you come to need it, be sure to tell me".

The surroundings got frosty; hence, she stopped and frowned, "Also, this isn't from where I came from".

An irritated Xue Zi Hui came to a stop; he turned back and asked with displeasure, "Do you think they will be in that place?"

She thought and shook her head, "No, but it's a good place to start".

"If you weren't with me, it will be so. You will lose your time looking for them at your pace; but thanks to me being here and to you being covered by a rich nasty male flavour, things became surprisingly easier". He grumbled and walked back to go on.

"Oh! So it is that". She nodded and followed suit while thinking, "He is right. His nose is the sharpest; but he called nasty my eldest brother's aroma? Does he smell bad to his nose? So, how do I smell?" She didn't want think about it; her eldest brother has a good body fragrance in her opinion. Then, she... She couldn't continue to ponder; Xue Zi Hui's purple robe was blurring from her sight, she gave a cry, "Zi Hui, wait for me. You don't go that fast!"

"Is this guy really poisoned?" She wondered as she madly pursued his shadow.
