"Connor. It's my birthday tomorrow." ....What?

"What? But last time i saw you, it was your birthday and-" She cut me off.

"Connor. The last time you saw me was last year. It's been a year." A year? It couldn't have been a year. Could it?

"A year? Wait, i can explain-" I could explain. It was Wendy and Tinkerbell!

"I don't want to hear it!" She yelled. "You know I waited every morning and night at the beach, just WAITING for you to come back. I worried for you, called you, texted you. But nothing. No Hey Stella or nothing. Do you know how that made me felt?! Stupid, pathetic, a loser. So I gave up. I told myself I never wanted to see you again. And I felt so much later. You have no idea what you did to me. But when i said that, i forgot about you and me... About everything!" Her eyes were full of pain. She frowned. Whenever she got upset, the corners of her mouth would go into a frown.

"Stella..." I put one hand on her shoulder. She shrugged it off.

"Don't touch me." She warned. She gave me a digusted face. She wasn't Stella.

"What happened to you Stella? What happened to the girl i loved? Where is she? Because she is NOT standing here right now." I said. Loud and clear.

"You want to know what happened Connor? I grew up."

The words hit me like darts, right in my heart.

"I got a life." She carried on.

"But Stella I really can explain."

"What you've been flirting with Wendy? Thats why you didnt want to call or anything? I dont even care what you did. Just go away. And stay away." She turned away from me.

"Stella!" I yelled at her. She crouched down and grabbed a handful of sand.

"You know, I'm like this. Sand." She let the sand slip away through her fingers. "You let me go."

"Stella, please listen to me."

"No, you listen to me. Go to Neverland Connor. And never come back." There was an akward silence... "Because i have a life now. I cant just forget everything thats just happened because you're back. Now I have to go." I grabbed her hand. She pulled away.

"I told you. Don't touch me." She said, with agression in her voice. She was angry. And i did that to her. I made her angry, lonely. What kind of person am i? "I have a date now."

"A date?" I asked.

"A date. A boyfriend!"

"A boyfriend?! But we never broke-"

"You left. Good enough answer." I groaned. My chest was hurting, and i found it quite hard to breath.

"Hey Stella!" A voice came from behind us. I looked and it was a boy. Around aged 16-17. He was tall and muscular. He had brown scruffy hair and was very tanned.

"Hey Chad." She yelled. He jogged over to us.

"Who's this?" He asked Stella.

"Chad, Connor. Connor, Chad. There."

"Hey," Chad held out his hand. I shook it. "I've never seen you before."

"Yeah, and you wont ever again. Come on lets go." Stella tugged on Chad.

"Wait, whats going on here?" He asked.

"Nothing, Chad. Come on let's get on to our date. We're going to miss the movie!"

"Whats going on here Stella?" He looked at her and then to me, repeatidly.

"Nothing just a fight. Hes just my friend okay Chad? Come on we're going to miss the bus and the movie!" She started to pull him.

"What are you watching?" I asked. Stella stared at me, furiously.

"Dance in the rain." Stella said.

"Dont change the subject! Whats going on here?"

"Me and Connor dated okay? Something came up and we broke up. No big deal."

"Oh... But what are you fighting about?" Chad asked, once again.

"It's none of your business. Its something stupid, come on lets go!" Stella pulled on chad's shirt.

"Wait, want to come with?" Chad asked me.

"Sure." I replied.

"No! You, you can't come." Stella said.

"Why not?" Chad asked.

"We're fighting okay? I never want to see him again." Stella glared at me.

"Come on Stells." Chad attempted to convince Stella, but she wasn't having any of it.

"Do, whatever you want okay? Just don't talk to me." Stella warned me.

"Okay." Chad said. "Let's go!"

We got tickets and sat down in our seats. Stella told the women for me to sit in a different row than her, but the women said she didnt have any more seats. She groaned and complained. I shouldn't have come. I miss Stella. The way she laughed with me. The way when i hugged her i would smell her hair. The way her mouth went into an automatic frown when she was upset. The way she was just so amazing. But now thats all changed.

Dance in the rain. A total chick flick, and no guy would bring a girl to a film like this, except for one thing.

We were halfway through the film when Chad put his arm around Stella. Stella snuggled in and put her head on his shoulder. She didn't move or shake him off. She must really like him. It hurts so much to see someone you love, love someone else. Oh no my chest was hurting again! I couldnt breathe at all. I took a deep breaths, and loud ones. My chest tightened. Stella ignored me but everyone was staring at me. I could feel my heart beating. All I could think of was Stella. Stella, my Stella. And now shes with that jerk face. Then i felt my body slip away from the seat, and I fell to the ground...
