Two of the raiders came into the carriage guns up and the male lead looked down his nose at them. "I am Malcom Dupree, heir to the Dupree family how dare you interrupt my travel."
How has he lived this long? I shook my head in disbelief while Kain slid down into one on the booths behind the raiders as they came towards Malcom with smirks and sneers. The bartender was shaking and the way his chest was heaving made me think that bawling was not far away. I flicked a look at Lee to see him smile at the bartender before a hand flicked out and knocked the man out before catching him and lowering him to the ground in such a way it looked like he had hit his head on the bar and knocked himself out.
"Really?" I mouth as I shake my head and glance back around the edge of the bar.

So find a new lovely couple to be the leads and then make them really appealing to potential readers while stopping the idiot couple getting dead. While avoiding interactions so as to not catch their studpidity. Easy, maybe..... Kain would make a good male lead I just need to find him a nice girl. So I can just wait until the raid is over to make a move.
"What do you think your doing" Malcom demands as the raiders drag Callie away from him.
"You do want us to hurt you right? Well I don't feel much about your family but the girl could be good payment for nice treatment for you." One of the raiders laughed as Callie squealed.

God damn it, new plan, kick raiders off train until new leads ar found. I can't believe I have to baby these idiots.
