Chapter 6 Missing

---------------3-DAYS-LATER---------------

Alex still hadn't been seen and I was starting to get worried, because no one else knew anything about where he had gone and the only person who wouldn't answer my questions about him were Leo (Leonardo Di Vinci) he was one of the few people I despised in the glade.

He had pure black hair, tan skin and hazel eyes. Ever since I entered the glade Leo, Gally and their friends hated me for no reason and always made it really obvious. The only answer I got from Alex's best friend Zart was that the last time he saw him he was heading toward the dead heads.

I bolted to the forest eager to find Alex. My first thought was that since Leo always hated Alex he beat him up and hid him to avoid getting banished. I ran around checking the overgrown forest for any signs of him but no luck, Alex was still missing. 

I walked out of the forest, head hung in defeat as the familiar sound of the doors closing for the evening filled the glade. I looked up as I heard the rushing sound of footsteps heading toward me.

"Y/N? What's wrong?" Minho asked as he ran up to me. "It's that shucking Leo." I fumed "He did something with Alex! I know it!" I yelled realizing I was screaming and attracting attention from the gladers. 

"It's okay Y/N, calm down. We can tell Alby and he'll search for him." he spoke reassuringly.

"But he won't listen!No one will!" I yelled again while storming off to my hammock, and bursting into tears. 

---------------NEWT'S-P.O.V---------------

"Hey Newt!" Minho yelled from across the glade as he signaled me to join him.

When I walked up to him I noticed the look of concern on his face, but I was surprised as he explained the events that unfolded only moments before with Y/N.

I raced over to Y/N's hammock the second Minho finished explaining to find her laying face down on her pillow.

My Muffled sobs were the only sound that filled the room until I heard the familiar footsteps I knew all too well. "Leave me alone Newt!" I shouted as I looked up to see him staring at me.

"Y/N we'll find him, I promise." He whispered as he sat down next to me.

"No we won't!" I screamed while getting to my feet. "And it's all Leo's fault! "I shouted one last time as I ran to the only place that gave me comfort, the treetops.
