I ship Kailor to the maximum, it's my favorite ship in the Ninjago Fandom.

Note to all: Never ship Ronin with anyone, especially Nya. These two are so not made for each other, as Ronin is a bounty hunter and Nya is a ninja. Besides, Ronin isn't always their ally. Just watch Skybound, and you'll see.

Here's a helpful hint - when the season subtitled Sons of Garmadon first aired, people were shipping Lloyd with Princess Harumi. I was no exception, because they were a cute couple, and Lloyd was growing up. But when Harumi was revealed to be the Quiet One, I didn't ship them anymore, and this applied to other Ninjago fans everywhere. And the people who still ship Llorumi are saying things like, "Why is Harumi Evil!?!" Or "I hope Harumi learns the error of his ways, because I want Lloyd to have someone to love."
Conya

Not my favorite ship. I mean, Jay was head over heels for Nya, and Cole wasn't interested. The only reason they became a thing is because love match compatibility said that Nya should be with Cole. Pixal actually stated that Cole would be a perfect match for her. And when Jay found out, boy did things get violent.
Greenflame

They are best friends, not soulmates. And neither of them are gay. Plus, it ruins the flow of Kailor so much that people come to not like Skylor, and she's my favorite female Ninjago character ever. I don't ship Greenflame, and that's that.
Misako X Garmadon

They are already married, even if Garmadon forged his name on a letter written by Wu. I believe things should stay that way, and maybe they can find a way to bring back the good aspects of Garmadon's character, because Garmadon is my favorite Ninjago character ever. I don't think Misako should be with Wu, because then Wu would be in love with his sister in law.
Colliel

Selliel appeared in Who Is The Phantom Ninja and Way Of The Departed, but that's it. No cannon media of any kind. But that didn't stop fans from shipping them. I myself haven't thought about it much, but I like it a little bit.

For some time now, I've shipped these two, at least until Harumi was revealed to be Lloyd's love interest. So I stopped shipping Lloyd X Camille. But then Harumi was revealed to be the Quiet One and I shipped them again. True story. I think this would be considered cross-shipping, sort of.
So that is how I feel about Ninjago ships other than Kailor. I really hope you where satisfied with this entry, because I was. Have a great day!
