"I would like to thank you all for coming here today to hear the chosen ones!"

The Mayor yells so he could be heard by everyone

"Now! I have the list of lady's who are being sacrificed this year..."

He says a bit sadder this time as he gets handed a envelope

As he opens the envelope mother's begin to cry already along with some children

"Daisy McDonald!"

You could barely hear the Mayor day Daisy's last name because of Daisy's cry's

"Megan Hanna!"

No cry's were heard from Megan or her parents

"Delilah Chain!"

Delilah's sibling began to weep loudly as Delilah try's to keep a straight face

"And finally... (Y/N) (L/N)!"

As for me no one cried. Just a couple of people cheered quietly. As for my mother she was one of the people that cheered

"Now the chosen lady's must come up here with me. And there families give there children the jewelry!"

Every lady that is chosen is to receive a piece of jewelry from there parents.

But I doubt that I'm getting anything.

As me and the other weeping woman walk up neat to the mayor there mother's come up and give them bracelets, earrings, rings... but no necklaces...
Then I see my mother walk up and over to me I let out a shocked gasp as she ha dis me a necklace with a key attached to it

She put it on me and hugged me

"Make sure you never lose this necklace (Y/N) (L/N) it will help you in the future..."

And with that she ran away
I tried to run after her but I was being held back by the Mayor

"Now It's time to send these lady's into the woods..."

"Now lady's... who is the leader of this group this year?"

Nobody said I word but I'm guessing because for the past 50 years it's the leader that always dies first.

"I am sir!"
I say while raising my hand

"Ok (Y/N) please you are the first to enter the woods"

Okay... this is different...

It was always the whole group goes to together...

As I walk into the woods i hear the whining of Megan complaint of how she doesn't want to go and I should be the one to die because I'm "an awful unmuzzled bitch"

I roll my eyes and continue walking then come to a stop to wait for the three other girls

"Is everyone here?"

I ask politely

"No duh idiot"

Megan says while playing with some very expensive looking earrings that she had revived from her mother

(6 hours later)

"IM TIRED"

"Yeah (Y/N) we've been walking for like 7 hours!"

"Do you even know where
Your going!?"
The 3 other girls asked annoyed and tired

"If you do trust me with leading you then leave."
I say sternly

A long period of silence was interrupted by Megan walking g away while screaming for Daisy and Delilah to follow her

"Finally..."

I look around and sigh realizing that I need to wait for Slenderman and his brothers

I sit down on the fresh grass and close my eyes and wait for them to come

I have been sitting in the same position for 5 hours and nothing has happened.

Not even a breeze

Just silence

I take a deep breath and try not to move a lot

Then Megan comes running over to me and I can tell it's her because of her cry's

I open my eyes and see her missing and arm and eye

"Oh. Hello Megan"
I say with a blank face

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN HELLO!?"

She yelled angrily

"I mean hello."

"IM MISSING AN ARM AND EYE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!"

"Is this Slendermans doing?"

"Y-yes! H-he's coming— a-all of them I s-saw them (Y/N) y-y-you have to ru—"

She was cut off by a tendril going through her stomach

Megan's blood spewed all over my face and body

I still had a straight face and looked up to see Slenderman and his brothers
