i had talked to grayson and cameron about going out to see ethan, i wanted to see him, surprise him. we were dating and recently, my father had been put into the hospital. i really had needed ethan's help if i was to even wish getting through this.
ethan though, when i messaged him we needed to talk, said that we would talk about it later, so i decided with grayson and cameron's help to go visit ethan, without him knowing.
both grayson and cameron knew what happened, and they really supported me and my father, sent us the best wishes. but i needed ethan.
i walked out of my house. i was going to visit ethan.
when i got to dolan household though, it was a bit different than expected. oh of course, grayson and cameron went to greet me and so did lisa, but something was off, and i wanted to find out what.
"hey guys, you seem off..whats wrong?" I asked unknowingly.
they looked at each other and shared the same glare, and then looked back at me. "nothing's wrong y/n what do you mean?" grayson asked tilting his head to the side, as if he was confused, but somehow, i knew it was an act.
"nevermind it, where's ethan?" i asked excitedly, remembering about my beautiful lover. how lucky was i that he picked me out of everybody else? of course, i didn't really think i was worth and i don't think i am worth it, but he some how made me think i was perfect enough to be with somebody as amazing as him.
cameron looked at grayson, then lisa, then back at me. she frowned and looked down. she mumbled a few words but i didn't understand. "could you speak up, cam? what'd you say?" i asked her.
"he's upstairs.. with somebody.. doing something he shouldn't be," she whispered just loud enough so i could hear her, "i'm sorry y/n i'm so sorry.."
i went upstairs to ethan's room. i heard the not so quiet moans and noises and then somebody spoke up, which i recognized as ethan. "damn baby you are the only one for me, i love you. its only you honey, you." he spoke to who he was pleasing.
tears pricked my eyes as all the memories me and ethan had faded away, and so did our love. it all made sense. i understood now. i wasn't the only one..
every time ethan ever felt bad or upset he came to me, not them. why? because i was best with advice and words. he used me for his well being. and now when i needed him, he is making love to another girl, pretty much in front of me.
i peaked through the door and saw what i expected, a naked ethan and a naked girl. not just any girl though, the girl that had sat next to ethan every single time at lunch at his table. i sat next to ethan, but next to ethan was also her. it all made sense now, why he didn't flirt with me at the table or school.
i was just an advice giver, a nothing.
i walked away from the door, making sure they didn't notice me, and when i made sure they didn't i quietly walked down the stairs. i looked at grayson, cameron and lisa. i pulled them all in a hug and thanked them for supporting me.
i walked away and back to my house. the tears had started spilling as i looked up at the beautiful skies. every cloud so peaceful, i was envious of how peaceful and calm they were, just floating around in the skies. of course, the clouds had their own misfits, then it was raining, but the times it wasn't raining or snowing, they were so peaceful.
i sighed, i had always loved watching the sky with ethan. oh, ethan. what hurt a lot was the words he had said to his new lover were the exact words he told me on our 1 year anniversary when he made love to me.
i sobbed, now remembering my poor, poor father at the hospital, dying currently. if he ended up passing away, he wouldn't like me being upset, so i had to keep strong, for my father. i love you papa..
i calmly walked into my apartment and slowly walked off to bed, just to drift asleep in the same clothes i were in before.
when i woke up, i had received a message from ethan.

i tapped on call and my phone beeped, giving me the message that this caller had blocked me.
my heart fell and my eyes glossed over, surely this was a prank, right? i couldn't have lost my beautiful girl.. the one i love so much, the one i wake up for the one i go to sleep with a smile for, the one who makes me smile, the one who has the kindest heart, the one who is the best girl in the universe.. had she really blocked me? did i lose her..??

i took my shoes and ran out of the house, walking to her house, quickly making my way twords her apartment, knocking on the door.
nobody answered and so i took the hidden key and opened the apartment, to find that my beautiful baby girl wasn't here, where had she gone?
i quickly texted grayson.
