Instead of giving his face a few more well deserved kicks, I call 911 and tell them of the struggle. I walk back over to the man who is now trying to get up, his lower jaw is completely separated from the top, the only thing holding it onto his face is the skin. As the man stands up, I pull my gun out and press it to the back of his head. I cock it just to be sure I will be ready if he tries to come at me even though I'm sure the pain has put him in shock since he can barely stand and seems to be talking to the sidewalk.

I know I only have about a minute or two before the cops pull up, so when the gun in my right hand pressed to his head, I search his pockets with my left. He doesn't have a wallet, only a plain white business card with a phone number on it.

Even though his jaw is shattered, I try to ask him some questions anyways.

"Who are you, who sent you?"

This seems to get his attention because he tries to turn around to look at me. He turns his neck and screams, or more like moans, out in pain. I decided to take a risk and lean into his face, hoping to get an answer of some sort.

"I will ask one more time...Who are you?"

His eyes are wild with pain and a sweat has broken out on his forehead. He seems to be debating on if he should answer me or not. I decide to help him with his debate. I grab his dangling jaw and give it a little pull. He scream/moans again and tears are now pouring from his eyes.

"WHO ARE YOU?"

He manages to get one word out before he passed out. "Fuciles!"

The police and ambulances arrive and I direct them to Ally first. She was still unconscious when they arrived but as soon as they opened the car door, she jumped up and started to panic. She had no memory of the struggle only of being chased.

I explained what I saw to the officers as Ally listened in, she was shaking and will be bruised, but thankfully, that seemed to be the only injury. As the paramedics were taking her vitals, she suddenly screams out "OPIE!"

It was then that I remembered one more person was in the building with her, and I'm assuming that was Opie. She starts to panic and tells officers to go into the building and check on Opie. She explained that the man that attacked her was in the building and had attacked their maintenance man. She told them of the struggle she heard and how she ran out to the parking lot and then out onto the sidewalk. A group of police and paramedics go into the building and reemerge about four minutes later with a large man on a stretcher. When Ally sees them bring him out, she turns grey, almost looking like she is about to faint.

"Officer, I think I might be able to fill in some of the blanks..." I told him of what I saw, acting as if I was in traffic and saw Ally being chased, so I had decided to pull over in case she needed assistance. Ally was delighted to hear that she fought back; the officer on the other hand was not too happy with me for kicking and shattering the attackers jaw.

Ally looks at the officer with fire in her eyes and says, "He saved my life and YOU have the audacity to condemn him for kicking my attacker? How dare you!"

The officer blushes but ignores her, looks at me and says, "Sir, or, um Mr....."

"Mr. McGinnis, Damien McGinnis", I say to Ally and reach my hand out for hers.

"Allison Daniels. Nice to meet you Mr. McGinnis." She shakes my hand firmly but I can feel that her whole body is trembling.

"Mr. McGinnis, we will need you to come down to the station for a statement."
