Memory's flooded through my mind. Every memory blinking in front of me for one second before moving on onto the next.
One memory was there longer though. It had a girl with brown hair, a smile plastered on her face. From her facial features I could tell it was me.
I saw myself, in a car with my older brother Lucas, he was driving, and I was in the passenger seat.
One moment we were laughing, the next everything froze. It was as if time was frozen.
Everything came slowly, first the car was swiveling, then my eyes widened in fear and Lucas put his arm around me. After that the car crashed and everything went black.
Suddenly a new memory popped up. I was barely conscious, everything was a blur, the only thing I could see were paramedics in front of me whilst I lay down flat on something.
I remembered the pain, pain of it all. Suddenly, everything stopped. I couldn't see at all. I could hear people screaming, crying, but why?
"I'm sorry, she isn't going to make it," I heard a muffled voice say.
Who isn't going to make it? Who's crying? What's happening?
"No! My baby..!" Was screamed by a high pitched voice, sounding feminine.
"I'm sorry, I'll give you a minute," said the first voice again.
After that there was silence, besides the sobbing, I heard footsteps.
"Maya, Mama loves you. She loves you with all her heart," after that everything was silent. I then realized what everything meant.
I was dying. I am going to be dead.
The suddenly I stopped hearing the cries.
I was dead.
