Liz's POV
I had to follow him. I couldn't just stand here waiting while my babies' lives could be in danger!
I ran so far. My adrenaline was pumping and I could barely feel Elliot's weight. I could sense David. So I followed those senses to a wooded area behind the
beach.
I could see David and another man. Andrew. He had my daughters!
"Hello, brother. It's been a while." He chuckled.
"Let my daughters go" David snarled.
"What? Did you think I would hurt my beautiful nieces?"
I put Elliot down. "Stay right here baby"
I had to think. Think, dammit!
I cleared my mind. The words were there, in a language I had never seen, but I knew what they said immediately.
"Duwies anrhega 'm nerth i achub fy merch. Eich merched. Helpwch fi i paralize yr un sy'n ceisio niweidio." I whispered. (Goddess, give me the strength to
save my daughters. Your daughters. Help me paralyze the one who seeks to harm them.)
Note: This is supposed to be in Welsh. I do not speak welsh; I went on translator.com sooo ya!!
My head flew back and my eyes rolled into my head. My hands raised, went back, and flew straight at Andrew. His hands released my daughters' and he flew
back into a tree, unconscious.
I fell to the ground.
"Elizabeth?!" David yelled coming to my side. He had the girls.
He reached me then.
"Elizabeth, what happened?"
I couldn't speak yet. My head was spinning.
I finally managed to say, "I paralyzed him with a spell."
"I didn't know you spoke Welsh"
"That's the weird thing" I whispered. "I don't"
"You don't?"
"David, I have never even heard welsh."
"I guess it's from your past lives. How did you know what to say?"
"I closed my eyes and asked what to say. The words were just there."
"Amazing"
"I think we should go home now. They're probably getting hungry." I said picking up Elliot. David grabbed the girls and we went home.
I know its short but this is a good place to end for now!!
