Dear reader, I wish to thank you for choosing my first book, which I hope you will not only enjoy, but that will help you to embark in an adventure that begins a unique experience like you have never seen. For me, 'Mark of Odin' is my personal tribute to all these stories, characters and authors that have influenced me and make dream since I was a child. As well writing is a pleasure for me I hope it is for you to read this story. Its main objective is just that, entertain you and make you dream.

I want to state that with 'Mark of Odin: The Awakening' you not only access to a new story, but a new way to understanding the creation and distribution of content, as the interaction with the readers. We live in an age of changes where traditional media and supports are getting older towards the new digital trends and technologies. That's the reason I think that books have to evolve and adapt to new times and people needs to provide the better experience. With 'Mark of Odin' I wanted to proof that readers can get attached to a series of books thanks to incentives and bonuses for supporting them.

Remember that for purchasing this printed edition you will get the full first book of the 'Mark of Odin's Saga' but the last page won't be the end. If you like the story and want to support us getting access to bonus chapters and an incredible transmedia universe of extended content you still can get the 'Mark of Odin Online Pass Level 1' at (www)markofodin(dot)com.

With it you will be able to register in our online platform and once you indicate that you have finished reading The Awakening you will get access to three bonus chapters:

· Operation Nighthammer
· The Last Recording
· The Search for Hyperborea

Plus the access to the Volume 1 of the Odinpedia, which includes dozens of stories supported by illustrations, 3d renders, videos, music, maps and more that will explain you what happen between the first book and the second one, 'Mark of Odin: Road to Valhalla'.

NOTE: This is a fiction work and its characters and events are non-real. Any similarity with characters or events from the past or present time it's just accidental, and they don't have to be identified with any real person or event.
