Part Time: The Series the continuation

Chapter 6

  Ti walked back inside the house in a daze. He knew he didn't want to go back to the party so he walked through the party to the otherside of the house out the back. From there he walked around the house to a smaller house, a shed like house. He opened the door and went in. He looked around and saw that it was actually really beautiful inside. So he sat down looking completely defeated. As he was sitting there the door to the shed opened and in walked Mong. He closed and locked the door behind him. Ti was surprised that Mong didn't run away when he saw me in here. 

   Mong went and took a seat across from Ti. Nobody said anything for 15 minutes. It wasn't an awkward silence it was just nobody was talking. Mong was the first to speak. " We were friends once. Really great friends who trusted each other. So I am just going to ask you this one question: What happened to you?" Ti wasn't answering his question so he thought he wasn't going to answer. He sighed, got up and went to the door. Just when he was unlocking the door to go out he heard Ti ask " What do you think of Hall and Q's relationship?"

"Excuse Me" Mong said

"I said what do you think of Hall and Q's relationship?" Ti asked again.

Mong took his hand off the door knob and sat back down across from Ti looking at him with a puzzled face.

"I think that they are great together. Q is completely in love with Hall and Hall loves Q. THey do all the things couples are supposed to do together." Mong says

"Good. So they're happy together? Hall is happy?" Ti asked while trying to quell the myriad of emotions inside of him.

Mong looks at Ti even more puzzled than before. "I don't understand" Mong says.

"You don't understand the question" Ti asked

"No. I don't understand why you care. Where was all this concern when you were being a complete asshole and trashing Hall like he was nothing." Mong says while raising his voice a little.

" How would you describe Hall and my relationship before we stopped talking to each other." Ti asked as if he didn't hear Hall's previous question.

"I would've described it as a perfect relationship." Mong said.

"What's your definition of perfect?" Ti asked

"My definition would be Hall being quite mischievious and yet quite caring. It would be seeing Hall getting really excited and nervous at the same time when he went to see you. It would be you unknowingly getting shy around Hall whenever he did something unexpected yet you were secretly happy with. It would be anytime the two of you were together and you could feel the love radiating off of you two. It would be the unknowing glances of love that the two of you would give each other when you thought the other person wasn't looking. It would be just the mention of Hall's name in your general direction and you immediately perked up and were instantly happy. It was the fact that the two of you feed off of each other and made the other immensely happy. It was the fact the you two were in love and you belonged together.

"Enough. That's Enough" Ti said.

"I'm not finished" Mong said.

"I know but please that's enough" Ti pleaded.

"So what you're saying is that when I broke up with Hall and started being an asshole to him I essentially made a mistake.

"Look I'm going to be completely honest with you. Gut wrenchingly honest. You made Hall the happiest he's ever been. You were it for him. You were the perfect boyfriend for him.

" I see." Ti said looking at his hands.

"That's the problem" Ti said

"What. What's the problem. Mong said.
