another day has passed, i'm still not ready but i need to go. i need to go see them. my friends need me as much as i need them now. i grab a black hoodie and put it on, grabbing my keys, my purse and a rose flower, his favourite.

i meet them at a nearby place not too far from my home, the six of them all crowding around a single area waiting for me. i walk over to them and make my way to the front as i tilt me head down to look at the words etched into the block of stone.

'just give him the flower, it's not that hard, you've done it before,' i think as a slowly knelt on one knee placing the rose in front of the stone, 'wait for me, okay? i'll be there soon.' i also take two pictures out and hang them on the tree behind the stone which was decorated with different memories. 'one of the group, and one of us.'

i let out a shaky breath as i stand back up. hearing a few, silent cries from my right side, i wrap my arms around the person beside me. "it'll be okay, don't worry." i spoke, wiping a few tears from his reddened eyes and brushing his faded pink hair out of his face.

"how can you be sure?" he asked, looking at the decorated tree, his gaze shifting from one photograph to another.

"just trust me."
