Ben's pov I woke up early the next morning so I could go to the Enchanted Lake to set everything up. I thought it would be the perfect place since our first date was there. I lit a bunch of candles everywhere and i made a little circle of rose pedals so we would be standing all around them when I ask the big question.

When I was done setting up, I went back to my room to start getting dressed.
Mal's pov I woke up to Evie shaking me!
Evie- Mal wake up, wake up, wake up!
Mal- ok I'm up!
Evie- We have to start getting you ready for your date with Ben
Last night Ben texted me asking if we could have a date at the Enchanted Lake. I said yes of course.. but why do I have to get ready first thing in the morning?
Mal- We have plenty of time before I have to meet him there. It's 9 A.M. and I don't have to go till 6! Chill!
Evie- I know! But can we at least pick out your outfit?
Mal- I go on dates with Ben all the time, you always care about what I wear to them.. but you never wake me up to do it.. is there something special about this particular one?
Evie- no not at all!
Mal- ok then. But I guess we can pick it out now.
Evie- yay!
I have a feeling something is going on.. so if Evie wants to pick out my outfit 9 hours before I have to go.. then I'll just go along with it.
Evie's pov I woke up Mal because I wanted to get her ready. But I guess i was a little over dramatic since I wanted to get her ready 9 hours before she had to leave. But I know Ben is going to propose so I want her to look her best! I then texted Ben and he said he was done setting up and now he was getting dressed. I told him to send me a picture of what the lake looked like and it was amazing! I then told Ben exactly what to wear. I want everything to be perfect because if she says yes.. and.. something happens.. I could be an aunt!
Ben's pov I finished getting ready and then I went to the jewelry store to get Mal a ring. I saw a beautiful purple ring that I knew Mal would love!

I bought it and then i hurried back to my room! I didn't want Mal, any of her friends, and especially the paparazzi to see me with a ring! The only people who know I'm proposing are my parents, Evie, Jay and Carlos. So if someone got a picture of me with the ring or if one of Mal's friends told her.. she would know that i plan to propose to her tonight and that would be terrible!
Time skip to 5:00 Pm Mal's pov It was an hour before I had a date with Ben so I started to get dressed.

Evie- I know right!

Then there was a knock on the door.
Mal- Hey ben
Ben- Wow. For the second time I now know the difference between pretty and beautiful.

Ben- Come on let's get going.
Ben and I then left and rode our purple bike to the Enchanted Lake. When we got there Ben went ahead of me. Why is he going ahead of me? Usually we walk together and talk but now he's way ahead of me. That's strange. Ben was at the lake but I was about 4 feet away from it. I'm still confused why he went ahead of me. I got to the lake and there was Ben, In the middle of rose pedals and lit candles. I went to where he was..speechless. It was amazing! He then got on one knee?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!????!!!!
Ben- Mal, I've loved you from the second I saw you. The first time we were here, you told me you didn't know what Love felt like, then I told you I could teach you. And on cotillion night you finally told me how you felt. And ever since that night we've been inseparable. Every single day I would fall more and more in love with you. You're my everything and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, will you marry me?
