Semblance: Slowing down time for her and those she bestows power to, requires Aura
Weapon: Sword/Gun that can cause the slowing of the actions of whoever it hits, for example, someone gets sliced, now they move slower than Joanne for a brief amount of time

Jason Wolfsfeld- Newly made best friend from their introduction in the bullhead (y'know while Jaune was barfing in Yang's boots and all)
Annabeth Goldwurth- Half sister, same moms, different dads, like a Ruby and Yang relationship
Y/N- Crush, childhood friend, Y/N is oblivious to feelings so far

Semblance- Freezing/causing things around him to be cold, can cause blizzards, but also bestow some of his powers to teammates at the cost of his Aura (a weaker version of his Semblance)
Weapon- A gold coin that when flipped can turn into a spear/lance with long reach and fire capabilities, or a sword with ice capabilities.
Relationship with other teammates
Joanne Wells- Best friend, sees her as a sister he never had
Annabeth Goldwurth- friends, isn't exactly close to her but on a positive relationship because of relationship between Joanne and Jason
Y/N L/N- Best friend, sees them as the chill talk to person who wouldn't be offended, like a sibling's relationship
Extra notes: Has a crush on Weiss, hates Neptune, and generally has a decent relationship with most students at Beacon other than Cardin and his team
Annabeth Goldwurth
Semblance-Speeding up time, including the healing time of some injuries, and bestowing that power to anyone she wants, at he cost of her Aura
Weapon- A dagger that can turn into a bow that she could shoot at Mach speed, but requires her to go full effort and lose stamina quickly
Relationships with other teammates
Joanne Wells- Overprotective, but still caring for her nonetheless
Jason Wolfsheld- Sees as a nuisance at times, but nonetheless cares for him on a smaller scale.
Y/N L/N-Unknown relationship.
Extra Notes: Not much is known about her past, and Joanne doesn't know either, it will be a key thing (most likely) in the full fanfic with this whole group! And not to mention Y/N
