Back story:
When 12 they stole from their emperor and was caught. It was only one coin which wasn't much yet was still sentenced to death.
Once they died it was clear that they were special and not normal. Over the days, the people were killed one by one by their spirit.
Luckily two children had somehow stopped them and it had been peaceful ever since. Until someone had gotten curious and visited their grave. They got possessed and are now here to continue what they started.
