Hey, it's and I'm going to show you how to make something glow in photoshop. I'm doing this for the cover someone requested from me in my personal graphics shop.
1. Go and open Photoshop and make the cover size 256x400

2. Click the text button

3. Make the text (It doesn't have to be text it can be an image just take-away the text part)

4. Then go to layer on the menu at the top

5. Go to Layer Style and click on blending options

6. Go to Outer Glow

7. Change the settings of the opacity to be 100% and change the size to 250%
( you can change the colour too )

8. Now go to inner glow and do the same
