The Reflection

A tall, faded figure stood in front of me,

Just recognisable for me to see.

Her long black hair fell upon her shoulders,

While she held a file of folders.

Her smile acted like the key to happiness,

Her fringe revealing a hint of groovi-ness.

Lush brown eyes staring through mine.

She has light brown skin, that shines with the sun,

Shinning like a glossy bun.

Her eyebrows curled with the pleasure of having company,

Like she had never had a companion.

She had a warm, friendly smile, that was keen for attention,

Wanting to experience that sensation.

I stared at her full of wonder,

Which only made me fonder.

I could'nt have known, that I was staring at my own reflection.
