The night this happened we all couldn't believe our thirteen year old eyes. Crystal, lost her best friend by doing this and it's all because of the stupid decisions that we made. This incredible but tragic situation took place on October 31, 2017 in the woods on Travis oak street. Enjoy life because before you know it the world will be disappearing and all you'll want is revenge. We're going to start one day from then.

Meet the group outside at 3:40 for a talk about very important matters.

I turned around and nodded. Oliver has been my best friend since the beginning of time. We met on the first day of kindergarten and ever since we have been the best of friends. He and I are alike in a way yet complete opposites.

The bell rang and I got out of there before Mr. Fisher could call me and tell me to finish . Oliver caught up with me in the hallway and said "I bet I got a perfect score or at least I missed one question." Oliver said with pride.

"Oliver I didn't even finish that's why I ran out of there. You know I hate math." I sighed, he knows perfectly well that I hate math. Although he is a wiz when it comes to math. "Yeah but it was a pretty straight forward and a simplistic type of test." Oliver argued.

"When will you ever learn that you will never understand me?" I asked with a smirk on my face. " I'll probably figure it out next week or right now. You know I'm actually really smart. I think you are just jealous." Oliver said teasingly.

"Yeah right idiot. You can't even say anything around a girl other than me and since when have I been jealous of you?" I retorted. "Oh you're always jealous of me. Wanting to be me. Also when did this get into how I talk to girls?"

He said eyebrows raised and eyes filled with confusion. "Since I started talking about it and now you just have to play truth or dare real quick before we get there." I said with confidence. "Fine one quick game and then we get there and talk to Angie." Oliver hastily said. I get him every time.

"Truth or dare Oliver?" I asked with interest. "You know what, dare give me a challenge." Oliver fiercely said. "Ok I dare you to go up to the person you deeply love the most and kiss whoever with passion and if she kisses you, you have to continue for a minute." I calmly stated. "Okay I'll do it."

He muttered and he looked around and then turned his gaze to me and kissed me gently at first. I was freaking out but my curiosity got the better of me, and I wanted to know where this was leading so I kissed him back and we continued to kiss.

In my head I wondered why he didn't go and find Courtney. Then I realized it was me who he liked. We stayed there for a minute and I didn't care about anything else. I was full of joy when this was happening.

We finally stopped and headed to the courtyard. We didn't want to tell them where we were until Angie (my best friend who likes to call her self the leader of the group) got Penny and Luna (two of our friends in the group) to make us tell them.

Then Oliver just sat on a bench in the courtyard and I sat next to him. He had a what-the-hell-just-happened look on his face. Then I just shrugged and continued to listen to the meeting. "So tomorrow we will prepare to go to the cemetery and go to a haunted house since we all agree we want to go trick or treating." Angie proudly said.

Oliver kept looking at me. I couldn't help but notice that his hair was in a nice little wave. "And we will do-" Angie continued but I wasn't listening to her at all I was looking across the courtyard at the band hall. The person was playing the French horn and when the person looked out the window I went back to the discussion. "Now tomorrow just to review in case you were day dreaming *cough* Crystal, Oliver *cough*. Now tomorrow we will meet in the morning right at this spot and just sit and chat. Then we'll meet back up after school, same location, and go to the haunted house." She said with a matter-of-fact tone.

"Okay we can all leave now and go home. See you guys tomorrow!" Angie said with a wave of her hand and rode her bike away. Luna and Penny got their scooters and left. Which left me and Oliver in an awkward silence.

He finally spoke and said "truth or dare?" I was taken aback, I forgot we were playing. "Truth." I said with curiosity. "Is it true that you really like someone and if so who?" He said with the usual I'm up to no good and I hope you tell me the truth smirk. "No."I plainly said.

I was telling the truth at the time. I honestly think he wanted a different answer then that but I was completely honest. "Okay if you do end up liking someone I better be the first one to know about it." He causally spoke with his pinky out. I took it and we made a pinky promise.

Yes I know it sounds so stupid for our age but we've always done it. Him and I walked to our houses continuing to play around with each other. From that day forward I never looked at him the same. We said our goodbyes and when I went inside I emptied my jacket  pockets and found a note from...

So how was it? This is my first ever story on here. I won't be hurt if you guys say it's bad just give advice and suggestions. Thanks!
