In between Egypt and Sudan is a 800 square mile plot of land, named Bir Tawil, yet to be claimed by any country or nation. In this story that that unclaimed land will have become a fledgling city state after it was settled by various tribes of dessert nomads and pilgrims from America and a smaller group from Europe.
This soon to be third world country will be know as The Federation of C/N
C/N= Country Name And that's what our main character will be named as he is the personification of said Country.
