Stray Kids consists of 9 members Chan, Woojin, Minho, Changbin, Hyunjin, Jisung, Felix, Seungmin, and Jeongin. (Leadr then Oldest to Youngest). The name Stray Kids was created by the members through the survival program with the same name, Stray Kids. It means that as a group they are still looking for their purpose and their sense of style that makes them unique as a group, it also means that they are still searching for their dream hence the name stray kids which also means lost kids.

Since 2017 they have been active in pre-debut promotions. They showcased their talents, skills and teamwork as a group in their show Stray Kids.

Facts about Stray Kids:

~They prepared their pre-debut with the show Stray Kids. (You can watch it on kshow123.net)

~They were about to debut as 7 members but they had a final performance and the people voted for 9 members.

~They already had their first Fansign Event on 13th January 2018.

~ Reached the top of iTunes chart in 4 countries with their pre-debut album even before their official debut.

~ The pre-debut album that was released on the 8th, 'Mixtape' reached 1st on the iTunes chart in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Phillipines just on the afternoon of the 9th.

~ Along with the countries that they ranked 1st in, they reached top 10 in 14 countries in total including Denmark, Singapore, and Russia.

~Stray Kids did a special stage on the first Mcountdown of the year that was broadcasted on the 11th in 2018. They showed a special performance and just went on one music broadcast for the fans who have been cheering them on even though they had no plans on any broadcast promotions because it is not their official debut album.
