HARRY: you’re so impossible.

HARRY: Hey! Is Caroline there?

ME: She’s not around yet. Why?

 

After I sent that to him my phone buzzed once again and it is a message from my mom.

 

From: Mom

            Hey sweetheart J I think I can’t make it tonight. I’ve got a lot off stuffs to do and I think I should stay overnight.

 

ME: Jesus! Mom. You  don’t have a plan to go to sleep?

MOM: I think, I’ll just rent a nearby hotel here since it’s a 2 hour drive from here to there.

ME: Okay. Mom.

MOM: Be careful baby ;).

 

I open the message that Harry sent me and read it.

 

HARRY: Just worried. It’s late.

ME: She said she’s not coming around; she’ll b staying there for a night. +________+

HARRY: Aw. Be careful huh? Check the doors and make sure it s locked before going to sleep :)))) xx

ME: Yes Sir!

HARRY: Night. :)

Now I am alone in this house. How sad. So its 11 already and I badly need a sleep. Well, goodnight to me. Sweet dreams to me, with unicorns and rainbows plus flowers and sugars and everything nice.

 

Oh shit.

 

 

 I can’t sleep. I stared at the ceiling fan, with its swift circular motion, turning and turning. I grabbed my phone and texted Harry.

 

 

And oh I don’t really mind if I startled him at this AM in the morning. He’s my best friend so the hell I care. And I know he won’t mind.

And that’s the last thing I sent to him before sleep pulls me into a dreamland. But I never thought my life will change that easy because it started with a text message.
