The sky filled with clouds, raining down on the quiet, empty land where no one but Tanya sits. The rain drips slowly down the surface of her face as she enjoys the soft feeling of the water on her skin, closing her eyes and embracing the worlds beautiful features.
Tanya is the only human left due to the spreading of the nockle virus killing off every living person except her. Tanya has an immunity to the virus, giving her no symptoms, or any sight of illness. With the creation of the virus multiple other creatures have spawned to earth. Monsters that can grow to the size of a skyscraper, or can be as small as a mouse. With this Tanya has trained, becoming strong enough to take care of herself and defending her land from other creatures.
Tanya gets up from her spot on the soft ground making her way back home, walking north to the largest tree in town where she built herself a giant tree house, that holds all of her belongings and safekeepings. Climbing up the rope ladder made from some twine she found from ravaging through the village houses she makes her way up to her one room house. The room where she sleeps, eats, and spends most of her time when she isn't out hunting or exploring. Tanya walks over to her mirror looking at her slightly tan skin, her dark black hair that rests on the top of her butt, and her bright blue eyes that pops due to the slight red makeup she put on her skin this morning. To red stripes of eyeliner hang down from each eye reminding her of a character from a video game she used to play when she was younger. Tanya wore black shorts with a white belt and a black crop top everyday since the sun and various other planets have grew closer than before making the atmosphere extremely warm which meant there was much water due to the polar icecaps melting.
Tanya settles in for bed that night for what she thinks will be another loud night due to the monsters who roam, making it extremely difficult to sleep. This night was different though, the monsters did not roam, nor did the crickets make a peep, instead the trees just blow in the wind which makes Tanya curious ...The monsters are never this quiet, where did they all go? Tanya gets up to look out her window overlooking the dark woods where she sees not one creature.
"Odd" Tanya says to herself. There's usually multiple flare dogs chasing after one another outside her window but not today. Today the only thing chasing each other is the wind and the leaves falling from the trees.
Suddenly from afar Tanya hears a cry, but not a cry from any creature she's heard in 10 years since the nockle virus took over, but a cry from a boy. A boy who sounds in trouble, sounds terrified at that, Tanya instantly reacts grabbing her bow n arrow from the display cabinet, shoving knifes in every pocket she can find within her clothing making new pockets in her socks and bra. Grabbing her sword she jumps down from the tree house sprinting into the deep woods heading in the direction of the cry. Her dark hair flows out behind her, flying in the wind. The moon reflects off her skin creating a radiance of power and strength within the look of her face, legs and shoulders.
The boy continues to cry out for help becoming even more distressed then before, concluding for Tanya to increase her speed drawing her sword in search for any source of life. Until she final finds her source of the voice.
