So this girl is in anime. Her name is Juvia from fairy tail. I wanted to draw her because she is awesome and beautiful but a weird girl if its about her crush named Gray. Her power is water. She can manipulate it and make it sharp to cut the enemies. She is also invicible on some power because of her water body!
