There are three types of beings here, Scientists, Superhumans and regular humans who stumble upon this place who maybe want super powers.
Scientists
Work at the facility, trying to keep the supers quarantined and healthy,
Superhumans
Came here wanting to have their dreams come true, being super, most had rough childhoods.
Humans
They eventually stumble upon the facility on accident, some get powers some get their memory erased as sent home
