Volleball Princess [Haikyuu x OC]

Prologue

Hi. My name is Akaashi Kou, Younger sister of Fukurodani’s setter, Akaashi Keiji. By only a year but everyone said that we look like twins. I live in Miyagi with my Aunt and Uncle. It’s not like I don’t like it at Tokyo, it’s just that I want to explore and be on my own for once. My brother opposed the idea when I first told him that I want to go here but in the end, he supported me. I often come to Tokyo to visit my brother and my parents and sometimes they come to here. My parents and my aunt and uncle were totally fine with me going here as long as I check in on my parents often. I go to Aoba Jhosai private high school as a first year and I am the boys’ volleyball club manager. I swear, these guys are totally hooked with volleyball. Sometimes Iwaizumi-san can’t even control his own like with volleyball so it’s up to me to prevent them from over practicing.

I’m very close with Kunimi-kun and Kindaichi-kun because I went to Kitagawa Daichi with them. They had previous fights with the boys’ volleyball team setter before at Kitai-chi, Kageyama Tobio-kun and I was there to always mediate their fights. Honestly, he is a talented setter and I don't know why the others hate him so much. I was also the first one to hear Kageyama-kun say:

I like volleyball like my brother but unlike him, I am a wing spiker. I had been in the Volleyball girls’ team at Kitai-chi but I decided to quit when I became first year. Not even my brother know why I quit and I tell him everything. I’ll tell you all in another time the reason why I quit. Of course, Kunimi-kun and Kindaichi-kun begged me to continue volleyball but I can’t go back. Since I can’t stand not being on the court, I went and applied as the new manager of Seijoh’s boys’ volleyball club.

*Flashback*

“Gather around!” Irihata said as the boys’ volleyball team surrounded him. “Today, I will introduce you to someone.” A girl slowly revealed herself from behind Mizoguchi. She has a thin frame and was in the 170's to 180's is height. She has long, wavey, Jet black Hair, Very pale skin and sharp, dark Greenish eyes. From the looks of it, she was very shy.

“AH!” everyone turned to those who shouted. It was Kindaichi and Kunimi. “Kou-chan?!” they both said at the same time.

“It seems that you already know her Kindaichi-kun and Kunimi-kun?” Irihata said softly with a smile. The two stared at the beauty in front of them while the girl sheepishly smiled.

“Kou-chan as in Akaashi Kou-chan?” Iwaizumi asked the two and they nodded. “Oi Shittykawa! Don’t tell me you don’t remember her.” Oikawa looked at her for a few seconds and then remembered.

“You’re Kitai-chi’s Volleyball Princess!” Everyone but Iwaizumi, Kindaichi and Kunimi Shouted in surprise.

Oikawa-san, please, nobody calls me that anymore.” A light pink shade dusted her cheeks as she spoke. Her voice was like an Angel’s melody; sweet, kind and soft.

“What do you mean nobody’s calling you that anymore? You were a legend at Kitai-chi.” Kindaichi said and suddenly the other team members began remembering who this “Kitai-chi volleyball Princess” was.

“You mean you’re the Ace who Dominated the girls’ Volleyball national’s tournament for three years straight?!” Yahaba asked with a shocked expression. Kou blushed slightly and nodded. It was true. She was Kitai-chi’s volleyball princess. But she quit volleyball.

"Why're you here? You could be scoring some points with the girls' volleyball team." Iwaizumi commented. Kou looked down on her feet and played with the hem of her skirt.

"I don't-don't really play any-anymore." The team looked at her with shock. They were shocked for the statement they just heard. Why would a great player quit?
