Today I have been struggling with my depression a lot and it hurts me inside to know that I hurt those around me when I don't speak up, but it hurts them when I speak up as well...I never know the right thing to say or do and I never feel good enough.
As I said before I look to the sky when I feel like I'm drowning. So today I stared at the sky and its grey clouds and mist stared back, with no promise of a better tomorrow.
