Part 17, what about Victoria

*Ziva POV*

We walk to Tony's car and drive back to the Navy Yard. "Well we guessed that right." I say. "Yes, we did."

When we arrive at the Navy Yard, McGee and Gibbs are not there. "Victoria where are McGee and Gibbs?" She starts to cry and I give her a hug. "What is wrong?" "They found my dad and mom, but what if they are already dead." "It is going to be okay." I say and try to reassure her. "YOU DON'T KNOW THAT!" She started to yell and runs to the break room.

After ten minutes I walk to the break room. I see her sitting in the corner crying. I say "You were right, I can not know if its going to be okay." "I'm sorry for yelling at you, you and Tony been so good for me the last week and I love you two for that. But what if I they are going to die then I have no parents, no home and they are my last family." "Tony and I could adopt you then, only if you want to, but let's not think about that yet." "I would love that then."

*one hour later*

Tony and I are sitting at our desks and Victoria sits behind my desk. Then the elevator door dings and McGee and Gibbs walk out. I see there faces and know it is bad news. Ziva, Tony come with me. We follow Gibbs and McGee to the director's office.

"What is wrong Jethro?" "Well when we arrived, they already killed Luitenant Hudgens and we couldn't save his wife anymore. We did catch the men who did this." "Okay, but what are we going to do with Victoria?" Jenny says. "I said to her that Tony and I could adopt her." I say. Tony looks at me happy but also angry. "We can do that, if you want it as well DiNozzo?" Tony says nothing and I am afraid he does not want to do it.

I decided to stop here so I could post a part. I know it is not much, but I wanna to end the story with Victoria and her parents. I hope you like it and I will maybe update tonight again. But probably not because I am with a friend and I have it really busy this weekend.
