It's been about a month and two weeks. It's February now. I looked outside the window as the snow fell down. I knew it was soon that I had to leave. I looked in to finding some cheap apartments. The difficult thing was college. I have really good grades, but I don't have a lot of money. I knew I needed to figure out how to get a scholarship. He knocked on my door and I came out. I could smell fresh pancakes. He said" Scarlett, I think I have figured out how to combine the businesses. I will break up with Elizabeth." "Well that would be kind, but you know it's been a while and you keep saying that," I said. "I tried. This is this opportunity is great and I can't let anything get in the way of it! I have to be careful how to deal with it," He shouted. "Stop yelling. I get it, this way more important and I'm just a distraction to you." "I walked to my room and grabbed my suit case and luggage. I said angrily,"Good thing I won't be here any longer! Here's your key! Thanks for the place!"

I went to an apartment complex. It smelled like smoke and the lights were flickering. I went to talk to the owner to get a room and filled out paper work. I spent the night at hotel, until my room was ready. The room I got smelled like wet towels and the sewage. I sprayed air freshener and decorated my new apartment.

Everyday was work and school. I saw I had missed phone calls, but I wouldn't answer them. I thought about listening to my voice messages. Arron said that he was sorry and he and Elizabeth were over. I was still mad that it took him a month, but I accepted it. I was going to wait to talk to him, until I got a special voicemail. Last semester I applied to many schools, but NYU was my top. Arron told me that his Dad was friends with the Principal at NYU and could help me get a place by recommending me. I was very excited, so I called him up. I thanked him and told him that I would be so happy to go to NYU. We ended up talking for hours on the phone. I guess the past week at the apartment gave me time to think things out. I understand that Arron had his job to be worried about, I just wish he had a better plan to start with. The good thing is a that he has a new plan that will benefit himself and not hurt me.

Arron invited me for dinner the next night and I said yes. I will give him a chance. That chance turned out to be me moving back in with him. With a new job I was able to pay him some.
