I peeked through the bars of the dog cage I was trapped in. Everything reeked of chemicals and everyone wore white. Beside me, two more cages stood. I never got the chance to see what was inside, but I assumed there were more kidnapped kids just like me. The motto of this wretched place was "We will prove the impossible to be possible!" What exactly did they do here? Well, let me tell you. They do illegall experiments on kids by combining our DNA with animal DNA.
And they finally succeeded to manage to keep their test subject alive. Yup, that's me! Half wolf, half human.
I don't know how long I've been here, being tortured. Probably around 1 ½ years. But there was one thing I did know. I was finally getting out.
Despite these people being scientists and "achieving the impossible," they were pretty stupid. They finally succeeded to turn me half wolf, not only giving me dog ears, but super smell and strength as well. I could easily tear up this stupid cage but I knew I needed to wait for the right time. They were having a celebration party tonight at 8 and everybody was gonna be there.
As I peeked through, I saw the same thing I saw every time I did. White counters and chemicals and beakers everywhere; extra lab coats hanging on a wall hook; a dim light bulb; and a clock. 8:05...it was time. I let out a shaky breath and leaned back against the cage wall. I can do this. I went over the layout of the building once again in my mind. After a final check, I was prepared. I reached through the bars and broke the lock with ease. I can do this, I can do this! I pushed open the door and crawled out.
