I woke up and saw that I had a message from Grayson.

Gray  - Morning babe 😙

Me - Whatever asshole, we only date at school😬

Gray - But you like it dont you

Me - Nope

I put my phone down and thanked God that it was Saturday. I walked downstairs and it was silent, which meant my mum was at work. So Ik decided to ask Ethan if he wants to go to Starbucks for breaky.

Me - Hey Eth wanna go to Starbucks?

Ethan - You asking me out?

Me - Keep dreaming

Ethan - Don't worry I will

Me - Creep

Ethan - Well Im sorry that I think your beautiful

Me - Whatever come over in 15

Ethan - K

I put my phone down and chose something to wear.

I finished braiding my hair and heard the doorbell ring.

I walked downstairs, grabbed the house keys and walked to Ethans car.

' Hey ' I said as I hopped in the passeneger seat.

' Hey ' he siad backoing out of my driveway

I got the aux cord and plugged it into my phone. I played the song Miss Independent by Ne - Yo. Its a song that Ethan listens to a lot but I dont know if its his favourite.

' You know this song reminds me of you ' Ethan said looking at me.

I looked away to try and hide my blush.

' There! ' I said pointing at what i thought was an empty parking spot.

' Fuck! Stupid tiny cars ' I said slouching back into my seat.

Ethan and I have been searching for a car park for about half an hour now and -

' Found one! ' Ethan said turning around and driving towards it.

We saw another car heading towards it and Ethan quickly put his indicator on.

' Bitch ' I said pointing the finger at them as we were parking.

' Its just a parking spot ' Ethan said turning the car off.

' Yea, a car park to starbucks ' I said with a ' duh ' look on my face.

We walked into Starbucks and waited in line to place our order.

' Next please ' The boy behind the counter said.

' So what can we get for you today beautiful ' he said looking at me up and down and then biting his lip.

I felt Ethan wrap his arms around me and kiss my cheek.

I looked at the cashier and he was at loss of words.

' Yea uhh can I get.....

I ordered what I wanted and  sat at a booth in the back corner. Soon after Ethan came and sat in front of me.

' So....how have you been ' I said taking a sip of my drink.

' Good, how about you ' Ethan said back hesitantly

' Ummm....I wouldnt say good, but I would say bad '

' Why do you say that '

'Its complicated ' I said taking a bite out of my bagel.

He nodded his head and continued eating.

' So, drop you off at your place?' he asked taking his keys out of his pocket.

' Yea, Tahlia nd Emily are coming over so I gotta be there 'U said hopping into the pasesenger seat.

I grabbed the aux cord and plugged it into my phone playing One Love by Atumpan. I smioled and looked out the window, this has to be my favourite  song.

' Thanks for the ride Eth ' I said as I gave him a quick peck on the lips. I tried to get out of the car but he pulled me back and closed the door.

' Can you do that again i wasnt re -

I caught him off guard again and kissed him but for longer this time.

We pulled away at the same time and I hopped out if the car and watched him as he backed  out if my driveway.

I unlocked the front door and waited for Tahlia and Emily to come
