There are many terms in the community that even some people in the community don't understand/know of. So, it's easy to get lost and sucked into the internet trying to find the right website you can trust when it comes to terms. Majority of these were taken from the website called itscalledmetrosexual.com, so if you want to check them out, go ahead. Let's get started.
Agender: denoting or relating to a person who does not identify themselves as having a particular gender. (similar to nonbinary)
Asexual: a lack of or absence of sexual attraction to others. (This is not a choice, nor a preference)
Aromantic: a lack of or absence of romantic attraction to others.
Androgynous: a gender expression and/or gender identity that maybe neither distinctly be "female" nor "male", mainly used to base on appearance.
AMAB: Assigned Male At Birth
AFAB: Assigned Female At Birth
Biphobia: a fear, hatred, or intolerance of bisexual/biromantic people.
Bisexual: to find sexual attraction to both men and women (or to two specific genders, an example being only trans men and trans women)
Biromantic: to find romantic attraction to both men and women (same example as above)
Bigender: a tendency to move between the masculine and feminine gender-typed behavior depending on context.
Bicurious: a curiosity about having attraction to people of the same gender (similar to questioning)
Binder: a type of clothing material used to flatten the chest/resemble to appearance of having little to no breast.
Butch: someone who identifies as masculine, whether it be physically, mentally, or emotionally. Sometimes used as a hateful/negative comment towards lesbians.
Chaser: a term used towards people who look for only transgender people to have sexual encounters with as a fetish.
Cisgender: a person who identifies with the gender aligned with their sex. (Sex doesn't equal gender)
Clocked: a phrase used to describe when a transgender person is found out to be transgender.
Closeted: someone who has yet to reveal how they identify themselves, whether it be sexually, romantically, or gender identity.
Coming Out: an expression used to explain when a queer person feels comfortable in their own skin to tell those around them of who they truly are.
Crossdressing: dressing in another gender's category of clothing.
Constellation: a way to describe the arrangement or structure of the polyamorous relationship.
Drag Queen/King: someone who crossdresses, especially in public or in a performance. Usually used as a stage performance.
Deadnaming: the practice of uttering/speaking or publishing the name of that of a trans person used prior to transition.
Demiboy: to not fully identify as a boy/man.
Demigirl: to not fully identify as a girl/woman.
Demiromantic: the lack of or incapability to experience a romantic attraction until a strong sexual or emotional connection is formed, often formed in sexual relationships (not a choice/decision).
Demisexual: the lack of or incapability to experience a sexual attraction until a strong romantic or emotional connection is formed, often formed in romantic relationships (not a choice/decision).
