He's Dead

"You do?"I said putting Carson on my hip.

"Um..well,let's just say..one of your cousin's boyfriend,Fred,got in a fight with your other uncle."

"He tried to burn the house?!"

"Well..he tried to kill you guys."

"He what?!"

"Yeah.."

I set Carson down,but right after I did,I got pushed to the ground.

Fred.

"Don't touch me!"I yelled trying to get back on my feet.

"Oh come on Zo, don't be like that."

He walked towards me,but Carson's dad pulled him away."Leave her alone."

"Who made you the boss of me?"Fred said getting in his face.

"I'm not the boss of you,I'm just telling you to leave her alone.And I know what you did,I'm not stupid."

"Fred,go,away."I said taking his arm and pulling him back a little bit.

He took a step back and hovered over me.I'm dead.

"And who made you the boss?"

"I'm um.. i'm not a boss." I said putting my hands out in front of me.

He turned his head around and looked at Carson's parents. "I have to go talk to her."

Fred grabbed my arm and dragged me down the sidewalk. All the firefighters were their by the time we were out of sight.

"Fred,seriously,stop!"I said as pulled me into an ally.

He threw me into a tree making me fall.I sat up and looked at my leg,then back up at Fred.

His friends were their.

I grabbed both sides of my hair and brought it down over my chest.All of a sudden,Fred's friend threw a dead body  on the ground in front of me.

Colton.

"What the fuck?!"I said covering my mouth.

Fred picked me up from behind and I started sobbing."Get your hands off me!"I screamed.

He put his hand over my mouth."Shh,there's people down here."

All I could do was kick and punch.I was sobbing to much to where I couldn't scream anymore.

We all heard a door open,and we looked back.I kept sobbing,but I forced out screams.Fred's friends tried to run and Fred tried to run,but Fred tripped and let go of me making himself fall.

"Hey!"Someone yelled from behind us.

I got up on my feet,but stumbled to the ground again,so I stayed there.

"Oh my god!Zoey!"

I sat up on my elbows and looked up.My best friend,Ashley,held her hands out to help me up.Her brother,Anthony,was arguing with Fred.

When Ashley helped me up on my feet,she walked me threw her backyard and threw her back door.

"Oh my god."Her mom said standing up."Zoey?What happened?"

I shook my head and started crying again.Ashley handed me to her mom and her mom walked me into her bathroom.

She let go of me and I sat up on the counter.When she shut the door,she rushed me over to me."Zoey,what happened?!"
