The first day of high school senior year the hallways booming with rumors already.
Jacie POV
I can't find Carmen anywhere we're supposed to stick buy each other. All of a sudden I feel myself falling to the floor.When I get up I notice it was my crush Jack Steel he's hot.
"Uhhh I didn't my uhh it was " I stuttered like an idiot. He just laughed and walked away great like this year wouldn't be hard enough. I still haven't found Carmen ,but I need to get to my next period.
Lunch is next thank goodness I'm starving. I went to grab paper towels from the restroom because my friend spilt something. As I walk in I see my ex making out with someone I don't really care though. When I get closer I realize it's my best friend Carmen!
Carmen POV
Lin my bestie's ex walked up to me and kissed me I was shocked.I didn't pull away because I liked her and I guess the felling never fully went away. I hear the door open ,but I don't care I was finally happy I knew it was wrong but I really like her. Then I notice the person who walked in was my best friend she looked heart broken I felt awful. I quickly chase after her but she ignores my calls for her and when I do catch up she brushes past me like I was a ghost. I run after her again and grab her arm.
Jacie POV
I feel Carmen grab my arm and I turn around.
"How dare you do you are you stupid why her of all people her my ex " I yell . I can tell she's hurt but at this point I don't care. "You act like I can't like her it your fault " she barked.
I have not been this mad at her before I lunge forward and just slap her she was shocked I kicked her in her stomach and she fell I slowly walked away.
