She's a pretty hollow character so I can't really say she's "bad".
The idea she had with sending out smaller ships to a nearby planet to save the resitance was good, but the fact that she didn't tell Poe(and the other crew about it) was just so frustrating, like, I get that she didn't want Poe to go out by himself but she could've just told him about the plan and he would probably be okay with it.
And that they just killed of General Ackbar that have been around a long time just like that felt unnecessary.
Couldn't they just have have swapped with Holdo, that Ackbar was taken in for command and then sacrificed himself having a more "heroic" death.
Yes, he's not a main character and there's probably alot of people that doesn't know him at all, but he's much more important than Holdo, who was just "there".
