"I DON'T CARE WHAT HE WANTS!" she yelled at the top of her voice, her soft pink lips trembling slightly with anger as she tried her to hold back her emotions. "I don't know him and I don't care what he wants Susan." Her voice was filled with certainty as she turned to look at the only other person in the room that was filled with beautiful stylish and very expensive wedding dresses.
"Your parents promised you to him Kirstin," Susan spoke with the same cool and composed tone she always used. Susan never showed her emotions and Kirstin tried her best to be like that, it made getting hurt less likely. "DON'T CALL THEM THAT! They aren't my parents Susan, my parents died. Those monsters KILLED THEM!" Kirstin yelled as she clinched the white dress in her hands. "
They sold me to a drug dealer when I was just a baby for drugs, then they kidnapped me from him and sold me to a couple, my parents, who loved me and cared for me, and when I was five those monsters got a man to kill my parents... the people who treated me with love and kindness... that man killed them in front of me..." tears formed in her dark coffee black eyes as she pictured the couple she had learned to call her mom and dad, being killed brutally in front of her, as the blood covered the room and the smell of iron intoxicated her. Their screams filling her ears as she stood there helplessly watching them being stabbed a million times even after they were long dead.
That was something no one should have gone through, and not a five year old for sure. Fighting to keep the tears back she looked Susan in her eyes. "That wasn't all, nope. After they killed my parents they sold me to a brothel. Which 'parents' sell their own flesh and blood to a brothel Susan?" she asked making sure to show the disgust she had for the word parents when relating it to her biological parents. "Monsters do, not parents. I was lucky Mike found me and not some perverted Pedophile, and he brought me to you and Jake."
Kirstin walked forward and stood in front of the five feet six inch women as she pushed the white dress into her arms before speaking again. "They have no say in my life Susan, they mean and are nothing to me. My parents died when I was five, the only parents I have now are you and Jake. So you can tell that bastard who thinks he owns me that I don't care what he wants or what he paid for me. I am not a piece of meat that can be bought or sold."
Susan knew she couldn't keep Kirstin In the dark any longer, sweet talking was not going to get this 24 year old girl to do something as huge as getting married to someone she didn't even know or like, let alone would ever want to love. "They have Jake." Susan whispered as Kirstin turned to walk out of the room. Her feet stopped moving and her body froze at the words that left Susans lips. "He said if you don't marry him..." Susan took a deep breath trying to control the sobs that wanted to escape. "He will kill Jake Kirstin... I am sorry but I need you to do this for us... Please, I love him Kirstin." Susan begged placing the dress on the bench near her then walking up to Kirstin.
Kirstin turned around and smiled softly. The plastic smile she had gotten used to wearing after her parents were killed. "Okay." She walked past Susan and picked up the dress then made her way into the changing room. "Kirstin..." Susan called out gently to which she turned and smiled showing her perfect white teeth. "You two have done a lot for me after Mike brought me to you guys, I wasn't even related to you two in anyway, and yet you guys treated me like your own. I won't let anything happen to Jake, I promise." Giving Susan one last smile and opened the changing room and walked in.
Once the door was closed behind her, it took everything in her to not fall down to her knees and cry her heart out. For some reason it stung that Susan would trade her for Jake, but then she wasn't even their real daughter, expecting anything apart from what was happening would be silly. Fighting all the emotions that were boiling inside of her she took a deep breath in then unzipped her red turtle neck knee length dress before slipping out of it. Once she was only in her undergarments she picked up the beautiful white dress, that if in any other situations she had to wear, she would have found it beautiful, but at this moment it was hideous to her.
The soft cotton fabric caressed her skin as she stepped into the dress and pulled the fabric over her hip up to her chest. The padded cups cupped her b cup breasts before the see through lace neck of the dress pressed against her skin just below her clavicle. The sleeves matched the neck of the dress and covered her entire arm up to her slender wrists. Kirstin was a slender well toned lady, the time she spent in the gym or on the tracts made her body fit to be a models, and with the flawless skin, perfect sharp nose, dark large eyes, naturally perfect eyebrows and thick eyelashes, if she wasn't so into being a doctor, she could have been a model.
"May I come in dear?" an old ladies voice came through the other side of the door Making Kirstin turn her head towards it. "Yes, come in." She replied softly as she held the dress to her chest unable to zip herself. "Shall I zip you up?" The old lady who seemed to be in her sixties asked. The lady had soft kind eyes and wrinkled tanned skin. She was about five feet four and slight towards the cubby side. Nodding Kirstin looked ahead into the mirror. The lady pulled up the zip then smiled moving back to appreciate the dress on Kirstin. "You look beautiful, he is a very lucky man." The lady commented to which Kirstin just smiled.
They walked out to the display area in the room outside the changing room where every bride had stood to show off her dress and have changes made to them. Taking a deep breath without being noticed Kirstin stood on top of the podium and faced the mirror. "You look beautiful." Susan smiled as she walked up next to Kirstin. She returned the smile without saying anything before looking at the old lady. "Could you tighten the waistline slight and increase the padding slightly? We wouldn't want everyone to realize how small boobs I have now would we?" She asked with a soft giggle.
Susan clinched her purse seeing through the disguise Kirstin was putting on but didn't say anything and just kept smiling softly. "Of course we wouldn't want that, but I am sure you're beautiful face will keep the attention off your body, such a shame that the dress can not compete with your beauty." The old lady replied smiling. Beauty, that was what had her life so messed up. Maybe if she wasn't so pretty the guy would have just moved on from her and found someone else. Smiling slightly Kirstin stood tall as the lady made some slight adjustments to the dress before getting more padding to make it seem like a c cup instead of a b-cup.
Once she was dressed back into her red dress she ran her fingers through her waist length jet black hair which laid over her back and picked up her purse. "I'll see you at home." After informing Susan she would be late she walked out of the room full of dresses and into the waiting area which was separated by dark red curtains. A guy with dark blonde hair sat in front of her. He was wearing a black suit with a white shirt and a black tie. He had a prominent jaw line and kept a clean shave. His hair brushed back neatly and his dark blue eyes stuck to the laptop screen which sat on his lap. His long fingers typing away at the keyboard oblivious to the girl who walked towards him.
Kirstin walked over to him with grace, that fitting of a princess. Her eyes shooting daggers at the man in front of her. The hate and disgust for him growing with every step she took. It felt like she had a huge truck on her shoulder and she wanted to just run away from him without facing him. "For Jake," she whispered to herself as she finally stood in front of the twenty six year old blond man. "You need to pay for the dress." her words had no emotions to them and nor did her face, she had a flat expression and monotone voice. His dark blue eyes moved up to meet her coffee black ones as the sides of his soft pink lips curled up in a smirk.
"Anything for my future wife," he replied in a calm deep voice making her body shudder with disgust at the word wife. She wanted to pounce on him and tear his head off his tone muscular body which was obvious under his suit, but she didn't. She turned on her heels and walked out of the dress shop and onto the walkway. A large number of dress shops and clothing shops filled the roads and they gave Kirstin a headache. She was the type of girl who was comfortable in pants rather than expensive dresses and stylish clothes. Wanting to run away from it all she made her way towards the park which was about a fifteen minute walk from where she was now.
Her black wedge boots tapping against the pavement among all the noise from the cars and crowds, as she made her way to a set of stairs which went up to a bridge which led to the park. As the beautiful sight of the trees and clean ocean came into view a soft real smile creeped onto her lips. Stopping near the pavement before the beautiful short green grass Kirstin Slipped off her shoes before picking it up and setting onto the soft cool grass. A soft smile creeped onto her lips at the feeling. She loved how the cool slightly moist grass felt under the pale feet.
(Trying not to keep them too long.... haha, are they long enough or shall I lengthen or shorten them? Diving this one into 2 parts)
