"C'mon Sam!" Jake, my bestfriend, urged me onward as we made our way to the abandon building up ahead. It had no windows that has glass in them, holes blown in the walls, the front doors ripped off of it hinges, but what caught my attention the most was the gaint, red cross on the top of the roof.
"It's a hospital." I say, as Jake and I made our way up the dirty, plant covered stairs. Jake stopped at the doors, pulling out his flash light and shinning inward.
"Cool! Lets check up stairs, since this is just a waiting room and kitchen." Jake says, as he makes his was slowly up the stairs that were by the receptionists desk. I followed close behind, shinning my flashlight infront of me.
"I don't like this place Jake. It's giving me a bad vibe." I whisper, chills running through me as I turn around making sure nothing was behind me.
"You afriad a ghost is gonna get you Sam?" Jake teased, turning toward me, laughing.
"W--what no! Im just saying it's untelling what inhabits this place!" I stutter glaring at him, even though I know he can't see it. I huff and walk past him, shinning the light into the first room, seeing nothing except a bed, broken glass from the window, and a chair.
We continued too search the first two floors, finding nothing except broken glass and doors out of place, dried blood on beds, floors and walls, a couple magazines, holes in walls that led to the outside or into the rooms beside them, plus a couple animals here and there.
"Dude, check it out!" Jake exclaimed, walking across the hall and into the last room on the third floor. Finally, now we can leave when he's done!
Sighing, I follow Jake into the last room of this horrid place, seeing him standing in the corner looking at something. I slowly approach him, seeing that he is examining a doll, using the light from the broke window.
"Let me see it." I say whilst grabbing the doll from him. It had big black eyes that stared into your soul, it was as white as snow, long curly brown hair with bangs, small black lips and a dark blue dress with some kind of ornament in the middle. "Can i keep it?" I ask Jake since he was the one who found it.
"Sure, you know i can't be seen with a doll. What would Mason and Rick think?" Jake laughed, as I took off my backpack and placed it on the dirty bed, opening the flap, then placing the doll gently in the bag with care.
"Can we go now that we've explored everything?" I ask, buttoning the flap, so it would stay shut, then standing back up, putting the backpack back on.
"Yeah, i guess so." Jake sighed, leading the way back down to the receptionist and kitchen area, then back outside the the to woods and back to our houses.
