"Hey champ"Karthen's uncle says and he flies up to the school.
"Where are we going?"Karthen asks
"Well,I thought you'd come to live with me,until things are figured out"
"I guess so"Karthen mumbles
Turning 16 and then losing your dad to circumstances. Not karthen's idea of a fairytale life. Then again. This is no fairytale
Karthen flies up to his uncles house
"How was training?"Uncle Corbin asks him as he makes a snack for him and Karthen.
"Wonderful"Karthen laughs Dryly
"I know your life isn't going so well right now
But you can't shut down now"Korbin attempts.
"You don't understand so don't try Uncle. I have a lot to think about. Dad is gone. Mom was never around. The Empire is in need of it's heir,me"Karthen shouts
"I lost some one too. Your dad was my brother. So no,maybe I don't understand from your view but I grew up with him. He was my older brother. I looked up to him"Korbin said all to loud
"Besides , the Empire has gone Silent. Your dad is gone. So it has no ruling. It's basically dead."Korbin tells Karthen
"I have to bring it back. It can't go silent now. There is so much dad had in the works"
"They might all be dead for all we know."Korbin explains.
"Why don't you want me to go?"Karthen asks him.
Korbin thinks for a second.
"I want to protect you. Now go do homework. Bluebot will bring you dinner into your room. Hopefully the room I made for you is good for now. I will be back after you fall asleep probably. "Korbin says as he grabs his bag. He flies out.
*9:30 at the Empire*
