Elison woke up at exactly 5:00am to the sound of her beeping alarm clock. She slammed the snooze button and stretched. She was about to start her first day of college. Scary as it is, Elison didn't really mind how hard it will be. She sighed and let her feet touch the cold floor. Damn. She should've worn socks last night.

Elison headed to her sister's room and gently nudged her shoulder. "Ali, it's time to wake up.." She softly spoke. Allison groaned and looked at her weirdly. Elison raised her eyebrows and clicked her tongue. "Don't you remember what day it is?" Allison squinted her eyes but they immediately widen when she realized what she was talking about. While Elison was starting her first year in college, she was on the seventh grade.

Allison seemed very excited for it since she jolted from her bed and grabbed her towel in a swift way. Elison giggled as she stood up and took her own towel to shower as well.

When Elison went downstairs, the smell of pancakes slowly greeted her nose. It smelled home-y and sweet, it made her smile. "Good morning, mom." She greeted her mother, who nearly dropped the stack of porcelain plates she was holding due to the sudden greeting. "Oh-! Aha, good morning honey. Could you be a sweetheart and stack these plates on the table for me, please?" Elison nodded and took the plates from her mother's arms.

When she was done, Elison saw her father rummaging through his bag of sharp instruments used in his work. "So how's aunt Vanessa, dad?" She questioned him. When her father faced her, he smiled. "She's doing well day by day, actually. Why do you ask?" Elison hesitated. "She's the last thing that reminds me of him." Her father sighed. "I'm so sorry." Elison smiled.

"It's okay. It's been over four years since that happened, I've moved on from Em-"

"MA!!! LOOK WHAT I'M WEARING!!!" Allison yelled as she shouted from the second floor. When she was about to take one step on the stairs, she tripped on an object and face planted on the hard cement due to being overly-excited that she is. Elison immediately dashed towards her body laying flat on the floor. "Allison! Are you okay?" Allison groaned. "Nope." She bluntly said and giggled afterwards.

Elison facepalmed and helped Allison up. "My whole body hurts." Allison joked, while Elison scoffed. She led Allison to the dining table and they proceeded eating their sweet pancakes.

When it was time to leave, they kissed their parents goodbye and walked to school. Since Allison was already independent for her age, her and Elison seperated their ways mid-way. Allison walked on her own. Elison didn't need to worry about her anymore.

When Elison arrived at her school, she was a tad bit nervous. She didn't know anyone from this department, at all. What if she'll turn into one of those people who literally has no friends? She couldn't not have friends. No, she couldn't. She couldn't stand not being around other people. She'd go insane.

Luckily, some of Elison's old friends from her highschool years went to her department. She felt satisfied. Yeah, this was good enough to live with. The day ended smoothly and it was time to get Alison from the other school building. When she found her, they walked home. It doesn't get even more simpler than that.

They went home and spent the rest of the night bonding with each other.

The next day, however, something traumatizing happened to the both of them.

When Elison picked Allison up from her school, they walked home, Elison felt an eerie feeling. It felt like someone was watching them. Following their every move. She looked back, but saw nothing. It seemed strange, she thought. When she figured that someone was watching them, she gestured Alison to change her direction of walking. "Why? This is the way we usually walk on!" She pointed. "No, Alison. You don't understand. Someone is watching us and we need to lose their sight, NOW." Elison warned with a firm tone. Allison's eyes widened as her expression shifted into fear. "Now just follow me, and- AH-!" Elison squeaked.

A sharp pain stung Elison's neck. She dropped down to the cement on the middle of the alley. She suddenly felt drowsy. Before drifting to sleep, she caught a glimpse of Allison's helpless figure, along with an unknown silhouette.

When it approached Elison's body, she saw the silhouette's glowing red eyes from afar.

They were pink and glossy, like the stranger had cried earlier before. His eyes seemed familiar to her. Has she met him before? Elison could never be sure. She felt the arms of the stranger wrap around her body as if he was carrying her.

And so, blackness engulfed her.

This is where the story begins.
