Self-Reflection In The Mirror Of Life

Everyday you wake up... Continue things we left from yesterday while dealing with the new of the "routine" you're accustomed to.... It's what you live for. What you do is based off of what you personal think your life is meant for. Everything that matters to you is intrinsic to why & how you wish your life to be. Whether it's money, accolades, titles, satisfaction or the journey of it all everyone is chasing something. If we didn't have things to chase our legs would stop running in the marathon of life. There is no finish line; It's relative because one persons first milestone can be a life long checkered flag for others. The individual who is in their youth who doesn't have money doesn't value their energy or health. The one who is old has the capital to spend but doesn't have the health or energy to enjoy their money. I'm a believer that a undeniable human flaw is the need for more... It'll never end. Example: Once you accept & overcome a insecurity your second biggest one just because number one. So your life is about what you obtain vs what your satisfied with. There is no universal equation for what to be content with & what to expect growth from. That being said you still gotta find whatever you chase to keep you going. I live to make a better world for my future family & wife (In sha allah: If god wills). To give my mother who gave me the gift of life that satisfaction I made our world better than before I came. That's what keeps my gas tank on F... That's what matters in this world to me. Find the people you want better for & make sure it's better for them. But my life mission isn't yours & that's fair if you disagree... Just as-long as your trying to improve on things. If your goal is my downfall I respect your passion but by universal law you're my enemy... I don't like what you're living for but your story is as valid as mines... I have to accept that harsh reality. What matters to me doesn't matter to you... & That's what matters most. Compromise between matters for a bigger matter.

One day you will sleep to never be awake in this world like the day before... Then what matters? Accolades, Money, material, relationships, whatever worldly possessions you have will be taken... I am not here to force my beliefs of the afterlife; But it's a intrinsic value of mine that matters. Life is about a billion things big & little that matter.... But the biggest of all is when it immediately stops mattering. A person who has tremendous wealth cannot buy a ticket to heaven.. His whole life was a statistical chase for more & more of obtaining worldly wealth. The moment he dies... It was all a waste. If he did evil & didn't act righteous with the worldly wealth he has failed to win real wealth.... A better afterlife. Everything that mattered to them doesn't matter once they're lowered into the grave. "Every soul shall taste deal"; It is a promise that it will end. Whatever you believe in.. Or how it will play out once the world forgets about you that's personal... For me I wouldn't cheat on my quiz (life) just to fail of my exam (After-life)..

So what matters.... The transcending finish line of death or the running marathon of life with a million pit stops? I'm not saying to give up on life & never dream of better for yourself. But the better is worldly... That will come to a end. If you believe in a higher power you will be judged on your character & choices. So what matters to you on earth will matter in the afterlife. What matters on earth doesn't matter in the afterlife. People live like the afterlife doesn't matter.. Jokes are on the ones who spent their whole life chasing material... Rich or poor you will root 6 feet under... A pure heart & righteous actions will give you a soft grave. Always keep in mind what you do & what impact it will leave... Not what you gain because you will gain death... Death will take life from you. A human who teaches the importance of what life is will leave something bigger than wealth, material or himself.. Wisdom. A human who teaches how to gain in this world will leave only his legacy. We all know death is there... You take that knowledge & do as you please. But if what you please doesn't matter... Nothing ever mattered.
