The next morning I nearly fell asleep at the table. Lucy didn’t seem to have been sleeping much that night either. Our eyes connected loads of times, but she kept shifting them. She always looked at me with eyes trying to say something, but I never knew what she wanted to say. I felt like she was trying to avoid me, every time I got close, she went the other way. I saw her in the library, seeing the book I had read at the beginning. I got to her, tapped her on the shoulder, and when she turned around, I told her directly:

“What is the problem with you?! Since yesterday night you’re really weird, so I just want to know what’s happening. If something I said made you unhappy, please just tell me”.

She looked at me with sad eyes, something I had never seen before. She looked depressed, and I could feel it in the air. She muttered something like <<I have to go and see Dumbledore>> and disappeared through the door. I was very cross, and decided to go to the common room.

I found Crabbe and Goyle playing Wizard Chess. They were both very bad at it. The figures didn’t confide in them. When they saw me, they started talking about Harry Potter like he was mud. I told them to shut up, and they looked at me like I was mad or something.

I went to the Quidditch pitch, and saw Harry practicing and Ron looking at him. I got closer, and sat down next to Ron. Harry went to the ground and looked at me puzzled, but didn’t say anything. Ron was looking like his eyes would pop of. I sighed and got up to go away, but Harry said something that surprised me as much as Ron:

“You can stay if you want”.

I looked at him, and he smiled timidly. I smiled back, Ron still looking puzzled and amazed. I sat down again, Harry next to me and we started talking about Quidditch. In the distance, I could see Hermione and Lucy coming toward us. Lucy seemed to hesitate, but finally came and sat down next to Hermione, who was already talking to Ron. We all entered in a conversation about a muggle singer that Lucy and Hermione liked. She was called Christina Perri, and was the singer that wrote the first song Lucy sang at the beginning of classes. I had an idea, and went saying I had to look something in the library. I got up and dissapeared out of the curious looks of my four companions.
