If you are feeling depressed,if you feel like you are not good enough, if you feel like you are not worth it- that is a lie.You ARE worth it.You ARE good enough.You MATTER.It will get better I promise.Just listen to some calming music,read a nice book.take a shower.Maybe take a bath or shower.And if you feel like it you can make yourself some hot chocolate or tea.Maybe watch a movie.Take a nap if needed.Talk with your friends.
