It was summer and just like every one for as long as I can remember, my mother and father would pack up and drag my brother and I to our beach house in Southern California. Don't get me wrong, I always enjoying spending time there. I just wish I could bring a friend along. Once we arrived we started unloading our car.

I looked over to see my usual friend of the summer, relieved to see her I waved, and went to grab my belongings. I looked to the other neighbors, expecting to see Mrs. Green yelling at Mr. Green 'be careful that's fragile!' But to my surprise I see this younger woman with a little girl and two teenage boys unloading a car.

"Mom, are those our new neighbors? I saw you talking to the lady." I ask my mother. What can I say curiosity got the best of me. Mom went into detail. That's one thing about her, she tries to give all the info you need.

"Her name is Elizabeth, her and her husband bought the house from Mr and Mrs. Green. Her two teenage boys are going to be staying there this summer with their friends." Mom just continued putting stuff into the fridge and other places in the kitchen.

It seems I got all I could out of my mother so I decided to sit on the swing on the front porch. I was sitting there a total of 10 minutes when Ashley, my neighbor who's like my bestie during the summer, walked up.

"So I'm sure you already know about our new neighbors." she said with a smile. She was always so happy, she was honestly a great friend. "Yeah, I got all I could out of my mom. What do you have?" I asked locking my phone. She always has more information and I have no idea how, but I'm not complaining.

"Okay. Elizabeth is the mother, her and her husband bought the house from the Greens she has four kids Will, he's the oldest, Nash, he's 16, Hayes, 13, and Skylynn 5. Nash and Hayes are staying the summer with a rather large group of teenage boys. And it looks as if the rest of the group is here." she finished pointing at their driveway.
