It was 13 of December 2008 winter was started with all it arsenals she started waking me up, I heard door banging sound and I understood chottu was their for morning tea. She hurried up to grab my cloths, normally I used to dress up when chottu comes but today was some other day not in any hurry so I just sank back in blanket naked but she insisted me to dress up but I didn’t wanted to. I just wore my Sweat shirt as I thought other parts of my body will be inside the blanket and already covered I saw the mobile to check the time, she went to open the door fully dressed as if she is ready to go for market, Chottu came Inside and asked for Rs 20 for tea she turned to me I showed her my wallet and she took the money and gave it to chottu pretty regular stuff.
Chottu went to bring the tea and she turned to me saying why don’t you dress up I replied back I don’t want to leave you today and I wanted to make love whole day she blushed as I said that and she asked do you have enough money to be here whole day and I came back to my senses though i was not carrying enough cash I said why not but she was aware of my finances, It was only 13 of the month and I had only Rs 5000 in my bank account she calculated for a moment and said 2000 for today and you then will not be able to come next week and laughed. I was shocked to hear that as i wanted to give her some good quality time actually Off from that filthy place and here she is making fun of my Finances. I was very Upset and started to dress now it was her time to be shocked she started to say sorry and all that stuff but I didn’t listened to her and dressed up and started to wear my shoes, Knock Knock and Chai sound came from Outside then we stopped quarreling she opened the door and i became normal for a moment as chotu was there and I didn’t wanted to make my finances public affair. We were sipping tea quietly suddenly i asked Chottu whether he attends school or not chotu replied he will not go to school today rather will go to computer class, I was happy and amazed at the same time as I didn’t expected this answer from that guy but sarcastically said "Mine kya ukhaad liya Engineer bak jo tu ukhaad lega"(what special i have done after graduating in computers so what will u do after completing your course). Now the answer came was the biggest shock for me from the 10 year old boy who lived in Asia’s biggest brothel and he was talking to a guy who just woke up after sleeping with her sister he said with full of confidence that he will earn like me and that will help him to support her other sister's otherwise she would also come in "Line"(Prostitution).
This answer was enough for me in the early morning to shake my inner self and ask thousands of questions to myself about that girl and her brother and around 100 thousand girls on that filthy place. After that I didn’t uttered a word and drank my remaining tea in silence, chottu was also getting ready to leave and asked for 10 bucks from her sister she turned to me this time I didn’t showed her my wallet instead I took a 100 Rs note from my wallet and tried to give it to chotu he asked about the change I asked chotu to keep the whole money but he protested then she also insisted to keep the money and then only he took the whole note, I don’t know why i gave him 100 Rs note.
Just after finishing the tea chotu went and I also started to leave, she was trying to make up with me as I was not in my best moods, I was feeling very heavy after our morning conversations I was speechless and just planted a leaving kiss on her lips and exchanged the greetings and left her room.
At around 10 am I reached my apartment in salt lake which was an upscale township in Kolkata and was just 15 mins auto ride from “Sonaghachi”. My roommate swaminathan who just got up from sleep from my door bell opened the door and greeted me. Swami didn’t knew where I am coming from he had an Impression that I am coming from my girlfriend’s place which lived in park street and worked as Investment Banker in HSBC(This is again one story why he knew this). After having breakfast I just slept as I wanted some rest.
“MUJHKO PEHCHAAN LO MAIN HOO DON” My phone rang near my ear at around 12 noon I took the fone and saw it was her I picked the Phone there she was asking me about my where about and told her the truth that I was sleeping as soon she heard this she felt lil down, she started chattering about did I missed her, breakfast, lunch and all the stuff which possibly she could think of but I was feeling sleepy suddenly she made me realize that I wanted her to go out with me but couldn’t express my desire because of morning episode with chotu. Now I was more than happy to go out with her not because I could get some kind of company but because I could give her some good time. By this time we both know that we wanted to go out but none has actually proposed the idea so I asked her out to this she replied but where will we go I said come we will figure out. So we were supposed to meet after 1 hour at petrol pump near her building I couldn’t go inside the building as I had to pay then for the whole day.
