Confessions

I was in my room doing homework. My friend peter was supposed to help me but he never showed. He has bailed on me so many times but I always forgave him. But today at school I was having a really bad day. These girls were telling me how no guy likes me at school and they wouldn't date me. I don't even know who they are. But whatever I have to move on from the past. I decided that I needed some air so I went up to the roof of my building and did what would always calm me down. I sang. I thought I had a pretty good voice. I was up at the roof for awhile just singing. "You have an amazing voice", I heard someone say. I turned my head around and looked at the one and only Spider-Man. I could feel my cheecks turn red. "Uh... thanks", I said. "Oh uh, sorry to uh creep on you, I didn't mean to uh-", he was cut off by me saying "It's okay, I just can't believe spider-man is talking to me", I said with a smile. "oh uh well can I sit down with you?" he asked. "Yeah sure I don't mind", I answered. "so I guess not much is going on tonight", I questioned him. "Nah, it's a calm night". We talked for hours and I would tell him about my school and he would talk to me about how he helped a old lady and she bought him a churro. I don't know why. But I felt like I could tell him anything. "You got a girlfriend spidey?" I asked.

"Oh uh, no. Do you have a boyfriend?" he responded. I chuckled at his repsonse. "That's surprising, and I'm shocked that I even have a friend. But to really answer your question I don't have a boyfriend", I said remembering the things those girls said to me. "I'm kinda shocked spidey I'd thought someone as kind and funny as you would have a girlfriend", I said to him. "I'd thought someone as beautiful as you would have a boyfriend", he said to me. I was flattered really I was but I already had my eye on someone. "Aww thanks spidey, I'm flattered but I got my eye on someone", I told him. "Oh uh that's cool, I got my eye on someone too", he said to me. 

"Can you tell me about her?" I asked him. "She's amazing, she's smart, funny, kind, but people should beware when on her badside, and she's just so beautiful", he described to me. I smiled at him. "Can you tell me about him, I mean it's only fair", he said and even though I couldn't see his face I could tell he had a smirk on his face. "Alright well, he's really really smart, he's quite the gentleman, pretty much my only friend, and he's really funny. Even when I am having the worst days just hearing his voice makes me feel way better", I described to him. 

"He sounds like a great guy, even though I haven't met him he sounds like a great guy", he says to me. 

~Spidey/Peter's POV~

I looked at Y/N and I wasn't exactly sure but I think she just described me. I mean I haven't really thought about it but she never really hangs out with anyone but me and Ned. And I had no idea that she could sing, just wow. I need to know who she's talking about but before I even got to ask she says "My friend peter was supposed to help me out with my homework but he kinda bailed on me again", she said. " I feel like he's hiding something from me, he's been bailing from me a lot. I think he doesn't wanna hangout with me anymore", she continued with a few tears sliding down her cheecks.

"No it's not that I've just been busy", I blurted out. AH SHIT NO why did I say that. I didn't want her to know about me being spiderman yet. I wanted to tell her but I wanted to also protect her. "Wait, what? Peter are you-" I cut her off by taking off my mask. "Yeah it's me", I confessed. She looked at me with wide eyes. "Y/N I'm really sorry I didn't tell you I just wanted to protect you incase a villain found out and wanted something from me and use you or anyone-" I started rambling on but she cut me off by saying "It's okay I just can't believe the guy that I like is spiderman!" she said then covered her mouth with her hand. I could see a blush starting to form on her cheecks. "Wait you like me?" I asked in disbelief. 

"Yeah but it's fine if you don't like me back, I understand besides I know you like Liz-" I interupted her by kissing her. She kissed me back and our lips moved in sync. We pulled away to breathe and I said "I like you too, more than a friend Y/N, I have for awhile really I just thought you wouldn't like me", I confessed. 

~Y/N POV~

OMG I CANT'T BELIEVE HE LIKES ME!!! Ok wait I have to stay calm and not act like I'm crazy. "Peter of course I like you, well more than a friend anyway", I said. He looks at me and asks me something I never thought he would ask. "Y/N would you wanna go out with me?" "Peter I'd love to", I answered with a smile. After he asked me he put his mask back on but before he could put fully back on he kissed my cheeck and then shot a web at a building and winked at me with his masked eyes and left me at the rooftop with a huge idiotic smile.
