Morning

"It's six but the..."

"We forgot to put the clock back" Ali whispers half asleep

"You've just made my day telling me I have another hour to hug you" I blush

"I love you too" Ali yawns

I take a deep breath of Ali's strawberry hair and continue to hug her

"am I hurting your arm?"

"Not anymore, it's gone numb" Ali laughs, tuning her head towards me

She pulls me closer and firmly but slowly kisses me. Our noses rest on each other and we stay like that for another hour until we are woken up for the third and final time.

Ali's pov

"Come on Emily. Those swimmers aren't going to coach themselves" I shout

I hear Emily groan, so I leave her to sleep for another 10 minutes while I make breakfast. Normally every morning Emily makes us breakfast, she actually believes it's the most important meal of the day, I mean it probably is but before Emily moved in with me, I never really ate breakfast.

"Come on Emily. You don't want to miss breakfast" I say as I viscously shake her

"I'll just do what you used to do and have a cereal bar"

"Didn't you once tell me that, that isn't real food?"

"Well it's not but I'm tired"

"Fine don't have a real breakfast, but I don't know where you are getting this cereal bar, you never let me buy them" I laugh, pulling the comforter off her and turning the light on

"It's your fault I'm the only one up. You were up at five am talking to our seven year old daughters about candy" I shout, placing plates of bacon and pancakes on the table

After shouting some more and pretending I'm going to eat everything myself, my three beautiful zombies stumble to their food.

"Did the hooded figure come to you again?" Emily asks

"Nope" both Lily and Grace answer, shoving pancakes in their mouth

"Good. Let's hope they don't come back"

Lily nods in agreement with me

"Mommies are we doing anything at the weekend?"

"I don't know yet, why Grace?"

"Can we go out together? We haven't really been out since the Zoo and that's been ages"

"Well we all went to Paris together but yes, we'll go out" Emily smiles, messing up Grace's hair

"Thanks" Grace says, causing a piece of bacon to fall out her mouth

"Grace, it's rude to talk with a full mouth"

"Sorry" she giggles

"Come on girls hurry up. We are already late and it's your first day with Mrs McPhee" I tell them taking mine and Emily's plates over to the sink

Emily's pov

"We'll have to skip the coffees" Ali tells me after dropping Lily and Grace off

"We have time"

"No we don't cause you decided to stay in bed for an extra half an hour" she laughs with a slight hint of annoyance in her voice

"Sorry. Tomorrow I'll be up at seven thirty on the dot"

"Good" she says, quickly smiling at me and then returning her eyes to the road

"Look there's Hanna" I point

Ali beeps the car horn at Hanna causing her to jump. Hanna turns around to see who it was

"You scared the shit out of me"

"Where are you going?"

"The brew to meet Mona. Where are you going?"

"We are going to work" I complain

"That's what's good about working for yourself. I can work whenever I want" Hanna laughs

"Fuck you Han" Alison jokes

"See you later"

"Bye guys" Hanna smiles, blowing us a kiss and waving her hand like the Queen

"Bye" I wave

"It's eight fifty"

"Oh crap, we only have ten minutes. I can't be late, my class have a test"

"First thing? God I'm glad you aren't my teacher"

Ali rolls her eyes at me, before pushing her foot down on the accelerator.

As we turn into the school parking lot, the bell goes. Ali quickly parks the car

"I'll see you at break" she says, grabbing her bag from below my feet and jumping out the car

"I don't even get a goodbye kiss?"

Alison sighs, quickly kisses me and runs into the school

"A test first thing? My wife is such a bitch" I giggle
