Chapter 1

"Ugh" I say as I wake up for school turning my alarm off.

'Summer is actually over' I say in my head as I get up to take a shower. When I get out I blow dry my hair and curl the end, just like everyday.

I do some natural looking makeup and add some mascara.

I go to my closet and take out a pink crop top that says '2 fab 4 u' in black writing on it and some white high waisted shorts.

I get dressed, grab my phone and go downstairs.

"Good morning mom!" I say when I get down stairs.

"Good morning honey!" she says while I give her a hug

"Yumm!!! pancakes!!!!" I say as I sit down to eat 2 pancakes

"Yes, I made them for you and your brothers first day of school." she says "Now hurry up and eat, you can't be late on your first day!"

When i finish I get up and put my plate in the sink

"Ok mom, bye love you!" I say as I hug her "Justin come on, it's time to go!!" I say as he comes running down the stairs.

"Bye mom!!" he yells as we walk outside.

"So do you have any friends in your classes?" I ask

"Yep!" he says "Josh is in 5 out of 6, I don't know about any of my other friends."

"Cool" I say "I don't know if any off my friends are in any of my classes"

"Ugh were here" he says as we walk up to the front door

"Yep, k, bye" I say

We are in different grades he's in 6th and I'm in 8th.

I go to my locker and get the things I need. I go through school half aware. I have some friends in all of my classes.

When school is finially over, I meet up with Justin and we walk home. When we get home my mom says she has some important news to tell us.

We go into the living room and sit down on the couch.

"Guys I'm sorry but.." She says pausing
"But what!?!?" I say
"We're moving to North Carolina" she finially blurts out

"WHAT!?!?" justin and I yell at the same time

Idk whether to be happy or sad. I have a lot of friends here but North Carolina is also where nash and hayes grier (my favorite viners) live.

"When are we moving?" I finially say

"Next week..." she says

"Okay.." I sigh "I'll start packing"

I go upstairs and call my bestfriend Nakelle. (n-nakelle j-Jenni)

N- hey girl!
J- hey, I have to tell u something.
N- what?
J- well, I'm moving to North Carolina next week..
N- WHAT?!?!?!? WHY!?!
J- Idk, my mom just told me
N- oh...
J- I'm sorry. But we can still FaceTime right?
N- of course
J- well, bye I'm gonna start packing
N- ok bye, see u tomorrow
J- bye

*end of call*

I pack up a lot of stuff and take a shower. Then I go to bed thinking about the move.
