    ''  I've been waiting for you my bride . ''

I was starstrucked, shocked, perplexed, surprised, astonished, stunned, dumbfounded, dumbstruck, stupefied, flabbergasted, open-mouthed, pop-eyed. I can't believe what I'm seeing with my two eyes.

'' You ... You're safe ... ''  sabi ko in a husky tone .

'' Yes I am . '' sabi ni Joseph at hinawakan ang kamay ko.

'' You're okay . '' sabi ko at tiningnan siya from head to toe . '' Sinaktan ka ba nung mga kidnapper? '' tanong ko. He smiled and kneeled down .

'' Will you marry me ? ''' tanong ni Joseph at binuksan niya ang small box na hawak niya at nakita ko ang isang diamond ring. 

This is it. I can hear wedding bells in the back of mind.Finally, the moment I've been waiting for is finally here.But somehow, I feel like an idiot.

'' I D I O T '' sabi ko at hindi ko na napigilang tumulo ang luha ko .

'' What ? Ganyan ba ang reply mo sa taong nagpro-propose sayo? '' protesta ni Joseph .

'' IDIOT. '' ulit ko pa .

'' You - ! '' hindi ko siya pinatapos magsalita dahil umepal ako.

'' IDIOT. IDIOT. Hindi mo ba alam kung ga'no ako nag-alala ? You got me so worried! '' sabi ko.

'' I'm sorry . '' sabi ni Joseph.

'' Idiot. Ang bobo mo! TANGA! '' sabi ko out of frustration.

'' Hey! Sumosobra ka na! '' sabi ni Joseph.

'' Ano na lang gagawin ko  pag may masamang nangyari sayo? Iisipin ko pa lang , hindi ko na kaya! Bobo, mahal na mahal kit ! '' sabi ko . Then I felt it, the warm sensation I've always longed for. He crashed his lips into mine.

'' I'm sorry, I love you. '' sabi ni Joseph. 

'' I love you too, you idiot. '' sabi ko and kissed the tip of his nose.

''Hey, I'm not an idiot!'' protesta niya.

''Yeah right.'' I rolled my eyes at him.

'' If I'm an idiot, then I'm your idiot.'' sabi niya and he gave a quick peck on the lips.

''Corny.'' sabi ko but I can't help but smile. I really love him.

'' So will you marry me ? '' tanong ni Joseph . 

 '' Yes!''

Sinong nagsabi na hindi pwedeng magkaroon nang happily ever after ang mga bampira ? Baliw lang siguro ang nagsabi 'nun .

'' Ready na kayo? '' tanong nang photographer. Inayos na namin ang pwesto namin at humarap sa camera. I glanced at my husband and smiled.

'' Say cheese ! '' sabi nang photographer at bago mamatay ang flash hinalikan ko sa lips ang ''asawa'' ko .

'' Why you! '' sabi nang asawa ko . Dinilaan ko lang siya at tumakbo na papalayo .

'' Come back here,  Mrs. Ysabelle Fangs Blood ! '' sabi ni Joseph .

Happily ever after, right ?
