Peter x reader- Fluff

You were just getting off of work as a bartender. You knew you didn't get a lot of money, but you got enough money to help you and your friend Peter live in your one bedroom apartment. You sighed as your car drove up to the front of the apartment. Getting out, you grab your things and walk up the stairs to the front door. Unlocking it, you enter your small home. The house wasn't really that much, but you both didn't really care where you lived, as long as you both shared a roof over your heads. You heard footsteps running towards you. You were then greeted by a smiling Peter. 

"(y/n)!" He squealed, smiling goofily at you.

"Hey, Peter." You giggled, ruffling his hair.

"Heyyy! (y/n)! Staaawwwwp!" He whined, grabbing onto your wrists.

"Nope! You're too cute!" You smiled, continuing to ruffle his hair.

You then felt yourself being tackled by Peter. He had pinned you down on the carpet covered floor. You looked into his grey-ish blue eyes, and a hint of pink formed onto your cheeks. After a while, Peter realized the position you two were in. He flushed a dark red and scrambled away until he hit the wall behind him.

"o-oh my gosh, (y-y/n)! I-I'm so s-sorry! I uh...I-I..." He started to stutter, his ears drooping to the sides of his strawberry red hair. You crawled over to him and smiled, brushing your hand through his hair.

"Aww, it's ok, Peter." You smiled, staring into his eyes again. He sighed, and you were thinking of a way to make him feel better. An idea popped into your head. "Hey, Peter." He looked up at you. "I brought a special treat for us." He looked at you in confusion.

"What is it, (y/n)?" He asked you.

You walked over to your purse and pulled out two large bags of assorted candy. His eyes lit up, and you handed him one of the bags. He caught you in another hug.

"Thanks, (y/n)! You're my favorite person ever!" He beamed.

"Anytime, Peter. You're my favorite person too." You beamed back, and you two spent the rest of the afternoon watching T.V. on the couch together and eating your candy with a blanket covering you both.
